#Perfect in every way (2008-11-30) Honestly I don t know how other thermos manufactures stay in business when Nissan is out there. Keeps drinks hot or cold for hours. In fact, I keep one in the freezer and drinks stay cold for over 24 hours and the ice doesn t melt. Easy to tuck in a purse, we take it when we go to the movies. . . who wants to pay those ridiculous movie drink prices!! Buy one, you won t be sorry.
#Cold Water for over 25 hours (2008-11-17) I love this thermos. It keeps my water cold for over 24 hours. This is the second one I bought -- I lost the first one. My only complaint is that the first one I bought had a netting carrier which enabled me to carry it over my shoulder. For some reason, the second time I bought it, the netting carrier was not available so now I have to carry it by hand or put it in my briefcase.
#A Great Thermos (2008-11-16) Fills its purpose just about perfectly:- Keeps the coffee hot all day long- Easy to clean- Has a cap/spout that twists open and closed, so it won t break like the ones with pop-up valves- Slim enough to fit on my brief case and still hold over a pint and a half of coffee.
#Strong w excellent temp stability (2008-10-28) I ordered a bunch and gave most out as gifts. To keep liquids very hot for a long time you need to follow the directions and preheat with hot tap water. If you do this, you will be amazed! Fun size and shape, and apparantly advanced technology for keeping heat inside. You can also use for cold drinks. Clean up is not difficult either - hand wash.
#Highly recommend it. (2008-10-09) I keep it on my desk because I don t like the coffee at work. Keeps it hot all day. The other day, I forgot to empty it out and 24 hrs. later, when I went to pour out the coffee, it was still pretty warm. Pretty good considering I had opened a couple of times the previous day.

COMPACT STAINLESS STEEL BOTTLE,

#SImply incredible (2008-11-21) I gave this puppy a test run the firat day i owned it. At 8pm I made a full kettle of hot tea, depositing most of it into the Thermos. I drank it throughout the next day, and at 5pm it was still sufficiently hot I had to sip it. Virtually no loss in heat whasoever. I have yet to try it for cold liquids, but that is not what I bought it for. I opened it five or six times across the 21-hour period over which it held the tea, and this did not cause any issue with heat retention. Great product, best thermos I have ever had. Goes particularly wel...
#Great thermos (2008-11-11) I originally bought this thermos to bring protein shakes to work. The thermos did keeps the shakes really cold for hours but the smoothie would separate very quickly and would lose flavor (not the fault of the thermos). So now I pretty much use it for milk, which it does keep cold all day. Thermos seals very well, so well, it s often hard for me to unscrew the cap because of the suction ( I have to enlist the help of a coworker), but this does prevent leaks. It is hard to clean inside though without a bottle brush. The milk gets stuck on the bottom...
#HOT! (2008-10-15) This thermal bottles keeps the water HOT after 12 hours. It is still warm after almost 2 days. 34 oz is not big enough for me, but the size of the bottle is good. The item delivered on time.
#A Must Buy (2008-10-02) This is a great thermos that I have been using pretty much daily. I originally bought it due to not drinking enough water so I wanted to drink more on my way to work. Though did not want to deal with either taking my own glass, or a disposable one in the car, and also worry about it spilling. So I looked around and bought this one from amazon. Its stainless steel and has been dropped a few times by me but still no noticeable dents or scratches. The top unscrews and can be used as a cup but I tend to just drink straight from the thermos itself. Then ins...
#Amazing product (2008-09-25) I was a bit skeptical of their temperature preservation claims but I just needed something to keep my coffee drinkable through my first break at work. Much to my surprise the coffee came out steaming hot several hours after I sealed it in there. For my coffee to still be disfiguringly hot after so much time had passed was amazing. Definitely get this thermos over any others.

STAINLESS STEEL GOURMET COFFEE PRESS

#Fairly good (2008-11-24) It is true that the filter is kind of cheap and that you have to make sure that you use some type of mesh filter when pouring your coffee in to your cup to prevent granules from getting in there. I drink my coffee pretty much right away so I haven t tested it to see how long it will keep the coffee warm. Overall, it works pretty much the same as any other french press. . . I mostly use it to steep tea. I saw something I thought was an even better idea (at the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf) in the retail section. It was a glass Bodum French Press with rubbe...
#Just what i wanted (2008-11-18) works great keeps coffee hot long enough for me let stand for an hour and it was still hot. filter works ok but will un screw if you mess with it left coffee in it for a few days to season the stainless and get rid of the metallic flavor from the first pot
#Use carefully, ground do slip through the screen (2008-10-25) I was dis appointed the first several tries with making coffee with this press because the coffee grounds seemed to make its way past the screen into the coffee. The thermos is not great at keeping the coffee hot for long. After a while I was able to make coffee (Less grounds in coffee) with this press by slowly and carefully plunging the press. If you want a good press and can due without the thermos go with Bodum. If your really counting on the idea of your coffee staying hot with the thermos style, you might be ...
#would recommend with a caveat (2008-10-18) Very well constructed with no glass parts to break. . easy to travel with. Using regular drip ground coffee does leave grounds in the coffee. . . . it will work better with a coarser grind that will not get through the filter.
#I wish it was a great review (2008-09-30) Wow. I fell in love with a french press. It was one of the great conversions of my life. Then my french press broke. So I purchased another one. And then I planned a camping trip. Afraid of another broken heart, I mean carafe, I decided to take the plunge and buy an unbreakable french press. The screen didn t fit rightly! I got grit in my coffee! Oh no!Then I got an idea, an epiphany. I tried it, and it worked! I used an old screen on my new press. AAAHHH. Good coffee. Bad situation turned out okay, this time. But not everyone h...

The new Columbia line combines stunning elegance of form with the best materials for perfect function. The double-walled stainless steel thermal press keeps your coffee or tea hot for more wake-up calls than you ll ever need.

#Bodum Stainless Steel Thermal Press (2008-11-03) A definite MUST-HAVE if you are into coffee. I am a certified barista and this will give you a great cup of coffee as compared to most commercially-prepared coffees sold by the coffee-shop chains especially if the barista in question doesn t know what they are doing which is quite often. Better to make the investment in something like this as opposed to the glass coffee-press although this will not KEEP the coffee HOT indefinitely as per other reviewers.
#What s not to like? (2008-10-08) This bulbous-little-bird shaped French pressmakes great, mucky, dark coffee - keeps it fairlyhot and is darn-close to unbreakable. I have broken at least one-half dozen French pressesprior to owning this one. I think I would haveto run over this with a car to break it. A wise investment for the long-term enjoyment ofFrench press coffee or loose tea, like Yerba Mate.
#Absolutely Beautiful and Functional (2008-09-18) I absolutely love this press pot. In addition to keeping my coffee piping hot, it looks gorgeous on my counter.
#French Press Coffee Maker (2008-09-07) The only reason I wouldn t give this a 5 star is that some of the internal plunger/filter apparatus was made of plastic. Our reason for purchasing this item was to get away from plastic parts in our coffee maker. Our glass French press had all stainless steel parts (also from Bodum), fortunately these parts were interchangeable so we merely retired the plastic parts, along with the old glass pot, and now our coffee is plastic free and the Stainless-Steel Thermal Press works GREAT!
#Quality thermal press pot that saves us lots of money (2008-08-02) I bought this press pot back in May 2007. I post my reviews on kitchen tools and appliances later, so that I can report on the durability. The Bodum 8-Cup provides enough coffee for my wife and I to start our morning. We use extra large coffee mugs(check out my review of the fantastic Pfaltzgraff Mystic Coffee Mugs), so we get two full mugs with each pot. Other reviews cite problems with the filter but that s not been my experience. Like other buyers, I was taken aback by the initial cost of a stainless-steel press p...

Perfect for camping, picnics and road trips, this pot s vacuum insulation keeps your coffee steaming or your iced tea chilling. With a 360° swivel base and press-button dispenser, filling your cup is a snap. Transporting is easy with the handle, and don t worry about spills—the 2-qt. pot has a locking top. Stainless steel finish. Hand wash. Imported.

#Does the job. (2008-11-16) These are great to keep coffee fresh tasting and hot. Instead of leaving the glass pot on a warmer, we keep it in the glass lined Thermos. Tastes better and stays hot for hours.
#Thermos Review (2008-08-14) I made this purchase to replace one that belonged to someone else that I broke during my first use. Drinks stay plenty hot, but the pump, handle, hinge, and lid are very cheap plastic, poorly designed, and easily broken. I can only imagine how bad it would get damaged if dropped.
#great for diaper changing station (2008-05-10) i use this thermos next to my son s changing table. instead of buying wipes i just use some small clothes (imse vimse s) and wet them with the room temp. water in the thermos and it works wonderfully. since i already use cloth diapers it didn t make sense to use paper wipes. i just put everything in the same bag and wash it all together. truly, there is no need for any fancy solution or a warmer, water and a cloth does the dirty job just fine.
#great for warming cloth wipes for diaper changes! (2008-03-07) i use cloth wipes, and this pump pot is perfect for holding warm water to moisten my wipes as i need them. it s particularly invaluable in the middle of the night, when i don t want to trudge into the bathroom and wait for the water to get hot, while my baby is waiting to be cleaned. while the water isn t as warm 18 hours later, as when i first put it in, it is still highly reliable for my use. anything that makes my nights smoother is worth it to me!
#Keeps coffee hot but pump stopped working (2008-02-28) It keeps coffee hot a good while - longer if you pour hot water in it for a minute or so to heat it up before putting the coffee in. MY only complaint is that the pump started sticking - its crazy - the pump works if you prop the top open slightly, but if you close it, the pump sticks in the down position, and there s nothing to cause it as far as I can see. I still use it because it holds a day s worth of coffee - I just have to prop the top ajar to pump. Oh - and you CAN take the top off - open to 45 degrees and pull up.
