The only thing I don t like is that they get extremely hot in the microwave. So use caution and oven mits. Which is fine at home, but becomes a lot of work at the office.

#my review (2008-10-13) i use my set at work where i am sous chef. i usually use them for things like cutting out puff pastry for vol a vents or molding dishes together on my plates. or making things like mini crab cakes for hor d euvers. they are farely well constructed so i m not to worried about the durability while cutting thru frozen puff pastry.
