Make traditional Danish filled pancakes with this sturdy cast pan from Norpro. Measuring 6-1/2 inches in diameter, the pan will fit on one burner and makes up to 7 pancakes at once. The cast iron pan will need to be seasoned before use, but once the pan is properly prepared, it develops a virtually stick-free surface. Instructions for seasoning and usage are included, along with a traditional Aebleskiver recipe.

#goood (2008-10-28) Overall the product is good. It takes a little time to get used to the pan, and I was a little disappointed at the diameter of the individual cups. Each cup is ~2inches in diameter. Some similar pans have cups of ~3inches. It still works well, but it was a surprise and it affects cooking.
#Norpro Danish Aebleskiver Pan (2008-10-25) Norpro Danish Aebleskiver Pan is perfect for my family. I don t have any problems with it. Everything I make with it, my family appreciates it very much. I recommand this pan, the price is fair, and the shipping is quick. Thanks for the pan. I enjoy it!
#Stuffed Pancakes (2008-10-23) Just a reminder that you need to Season the pan and not run it through the dishwasher because it is cast iron.
#Works great - but some prep before using is required. (2008-10-06) I bought this as an alternative to the Pancake version that is selling on infomercials. The price on Amazon was way less than what was offered on TV so I pulled the trigger. The pan arrived at my house and as much as my kids wanted to fire it up right away, my Grandma always taught me that you must season a new cast iron pan first before using. There are about 1000 different methods out on the web to seasoning your pan. I chose to season my pan in Crisco and instead of using the oven on cleaning mode and putting...
#Great alternative to As Seen on TV Pancake Puff Pan! (2008-09-25) My 3 year old son convinced me to get this product after seeing the Pancake Puff add on TV. I wasn t ready to shell out 19. 95 plus shipping for an experiment. . . so I searched around for an alternative. I bought this pan and have to say I was pretty impressed. Used regular pancake batter from a box and cooked them low and was PATIENT. I buttered the pan generously each time (actually used smart balance spread) and they did not stick at all. Don t be fooled by poor reviews. . . this does give great results. ...

#good dishes but carrier could be better (2007-12-30) The quality of the dishes in this Anchor Hocking set is reasonably close to the Pyrex set that I also have, but the carrier itself is much better in the Pyrex set. The Pyrex carrier is sturdier and has more insulation, and the Anchor Hocking carrier is already cracking a bit in places after being used only a couple of times.
#Wonderful! (2007-12-28) I received this for Christmas this year, and used it the very next day. It worked great! This is the first time I ve ever had a carrier to use, and it made it so much easier to transport a hot casserole.

Oven, microwave, and dishwasher safe / Stacks for easy storage / Length 13 x Width 10 / Glass dish with plastic snap-on lid / Rectangular baking dish

#Very Durable (2008-10-27) These SimplyLite casseroles are fantastic. They are very light weight and, I have to admit, I was skeptical as to how well they would hold up. I am a bit of a klutz and most of my glass casseroles are chipped here and there, but my SimplyLite has survived about everything I can do to it and still looks brand new. I am not easy on my SimplyLite. I have dropped it once on a lightly carpeted floor where a glass casserole had already met its fate. I have piled it under a ton of other dishes in the sink (I lost a couple of mugs that way) and it came out wit...
#It s corning, of course it s good (2008-08-22) CorningWare is like a swiss army knife:you can do almost anything to it or with it. This small useful casserole dish stands up under wear, it can be used as a serving dish, it keeps items warm on the table, its easy to clean, it takes a formidable amount of baking without pause. I have used it on casseroles, potatoes, beans, stuffing, even a pot pie type dish, and it performs very well. There is no nostalgia, this simply works, and works well. A+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
#The 30-word review could use a few more of these ones! (2008-08-09) The 30-word review:We like this. It s light, simple and easy to clean. CorningWare maintains high quality while losing weight, as it were. Durable, attractive, affordable! Great wedding or going to school gift.
#Light Upgrade to Classic CorningWare (2008-07-23) Having cooked with this a few times, I can report that it works as advertised and his impressively light. I ve found that it performs the same as traditional ceramic bakeware. Clean up, whether by hand or in the dishwasher, is easy. My only complaint is about this specific model. I ve found that the depth is too shallow for many applications. Had it been a half-inch deeper, it would be much more versatile.
#A good gift for the cook who has everything (2008-07-18) I gave this to my mom, who does a lot of cooking. She likes CorningWare a lot, so when I saw that they had a new, lightweight line out, I picked up two items for her -- the SimplyLite 2-Quart Baking Dish and the 1-1/2-Quart Casserole. At first she was suspicious of the dishes because they are remarkably light (she pulled out some older CorningWare to show me the weight difference). I think she thought they would be very fragile. But she s used them three times now, and she says they cook and brown just like her old CW dishes. ...

#Good casserole dish (2008-11-15) It arrived quickly and intact. The lid seems fine although it s not a tight fit it works fine. A very pretty dish, it serves my purposes well. I intend to buy more in different sizes to round out my serving collection. I can t afford a more expensive crockery serving set and the French White Corelle serving dishes are both pretty and inexpensive.
#WHERE IS IT? (2008-03-24) Since I have never received the item in question, I cannot at this time give an honest review. Of course it has only been 4 weeks since I ordered it, so who knows where it is?
#Great Item (2008-03-02) This corningware item was exactly what I expected it to be. I was very satisfied.
#Good service (2008-01-18) Item arrived on time and was as described. You can t do much better than that.
#Made in China (2007-11-28) I was glad to find this 2 1/2 qt round Casserole on the internet. I live only a few hours from the Corning Factory and wanted to purchase this name brand to help the local economy. I was dissapointed when I took the bowl out of the box and discovered it was made in China! It isn t mentioned on the Website or on the box. It s a pretty good Casserole dish if you don t mind supporting China s economy.

Clay Roaster

#My best buy ever (2008-10-06) I ve had this roaster for over a year now, and I love it. I ve cooked roast beef, turkey breasts and roast chicken in it, and every single time it comes out perfect. The meat is always moist and hardly needs a butter knife to be cut. The chicken and turkey especially are so moist that I wouldn t consider cooking them any other way. I did a pot roast last night in it. I forgot to set the timer, so my beef ended up more done (we usually like it rare), but it was still tender and full of flavor.
#Non-fat cooking (2008-03-24) This is a replacement for a similar product I lost in my house fire. I can noW continue to enjoy its qualities again.
#clay baker (2007-10-18) This clay pot is very useful for preparing healthyand delicious one pot meals. It is similar to a slowcooker, but the food tastes baked rather than cooked.
#Classic Romertopf arrived broken (2007-07-20) It arrived and when I opened it, it had a crack in the bottom part. I have been looking for a way to contact you, but there is not a link for that! So I carefully re-wrapped the clay cooker, and returned it to sender - it cost me $27 to return it. I know you received it - I want an exchange if possible. Did you reimburse me for the cooker??? How about the postage?I shall never buy from your holier than thou attituded site again. Take my credit card off your system - and refund my postage for the exchange!
#Not for the impatient (2007-05-10) I have used ths about 4 times. The food usually eventually comes out good, in particularly roasted chicken, but it does not seem to save as much time as I thought it would. Twice I had to put chickens back in the oven that weren t done in middle, and I gave up on a corned beef and just cooked it the crock pot the following day. My expectations were high, so perhaps that is the reason for my dissapointment. But, I had read about a unique flavor the clay imparts. . . never tasted one. Also it is so large I have fill one half of the kitchen sink j...
