#this is a must have (2008-12-02) I use it before I go out to know otside currect temperature. I have 2 weather stations one in my bedroom and one in the office. Very accurate and reliable.
#LaCrosse Wireless Weather Station WS-7014CH-IT (2008-10-15) I am very satisfied with this item. I like its great look (matches with my room decor), performance, accuracy of data and particularly instant (continuous) data transfer from the outdoor Swiss made precision sensor that came with the weather station. The forecast icon (Sunny, Cloudy and rainy) based on changing barometric pressure provides a good visual indication of expected weather. Along with above it has a good digital clock showing atomic time and date with provision for manual setting plus alarm function. I would hig...
#Works very well, when you need to check temperature and humidity (2008-09-30) This wireless weather station is very easy to install and use, and keep records of hi & low temperatures in order to track the weather during long periods. The forecast, as all the forecast, works with 35 to 45% of accuracy. The distance between main station and the transmitters is more than enough and adequate to work without troubles. .
#La Crosse Wireless Weather Station (2008-09-04) This is a very accurate product. I use it in my Greenhouse and it works very well.
#Much Better than Expected (2008-09-01) I have had several weather stations from varying brands over the past decade. This model from LaCrosse Technology works better than them all. It is simple to program (don t throw away the instructions. . . settings are not entirely intuitive), the readout is vividly clear, the temperature readings for hot, hot Phoenix appear to be relatively accurate, the forecast provides for multiple sensitivity settings (important for the dry desert), and the whole thing is surprisingly attractive.

Cut thick slices of apple for pies, or veggies for stir fries. Slice potatoes thinly for homemade chips, or cabbage for cole slaw. Shred carrots for salad, or julienne, or cube, or dice. With a helpful set of instructions and three cutters, this machine yields professional looking, uniform results, at great speed and without much work on your part.

#VERY UNRELIABLE & GROSSLY OVERPRICED FOR PLASTIC. (2008-11-23) Upon reading other reviews I placed order for this unit. When it arrived I was dismayed at what you get for this money. Upon using I became more dismayed as the unit is almost impossible to use. The food drags on the slide. Using the holder helps move the food but it only cuts about half way down and then you are left with the other half to cut by hand with a knife and cutting board. Kind of defeats the purpose. Plastic is flimsy and distorts when food is pushed through causing irregular cuts. For this muc...
#V Slicer (2008-10-22) Purchased for my self, it was exactly what it was advertised to be. I found it very easy to use, assemble, and store. I used it the first time to dice onion. No mess! Easy clean up!
#Slice and julienne wth ease, save $$$ on your grocery bill (2008-10-08) I purchased this mandolin slicer after seeing it on the Food Network. For the price, this is an excellent slicer. I know there are mandolins on the market for $200 or more but I don t have any need to spend more money. This slicer does everything I need. Slice vegetables and fruits thick or thin. The holder protects your fingers from the sharp blade. The one tip to remember is that you don t want to overload the slicer. Keep the vegetable and fruit pieces manageable and you won t have any trouble keeping the ...
#Easy as pie (2008-09-21) After a year and 6 months this unit remains sharp as new. It slices onions, celery cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots & potatoes in the blink of an eye. It makes short work of piles of veggies every time we make soups and/or salads.
#BUY this NOW if you have limited hand mobility (2008-09-18) For once, I ve got somehting that WORKS. My food processor (a really good KitchenAid), is going to my daughter in law. Hooo Boy it s SHARP. For the first time I have a tool than can slice tomatoes without squishing em. I use it just about every day. Wonderful.

This KitchenAid food processor comes with an ultra wide mouth feed tube (the industry s largest) that accommodates tomatoes, cucumbers and potatoes with a minimum of sectioning or slicing, saving you time in the initial stages of preparation. A separate section lets you feed smaller items into the work bowl such as single carrots, celery, herbs and nuts. A feed tube pusher is also included. With the Pulse button, you can control the length of cutting or the slicing process so sliced tomatoes don t become a sauce. The food processor comes with three work bowls: a 12-cup bowl for large jobs, a 10-cup chef s bowl that fits inside the 12-cup work bowl (slice or shred items while keeping the larger work bowl clean for another job) and a 4-cup mini bowl with its own mini blade for smaller jobs like chopping herbs, mincing garlic or making bread crumbs. The food processor comes with a multi-purpose blade, slicing and shredding discs (2- and 4-mm slicing discs and 4-mm shredding disc), a blade...

#a good purchase (2008-11-29) Well worth the money for this food processor--well built with many of options & features. Bread blade works well, as do the other attachments. We like the juicer, and all the parts wash easily. The three sized bowls make clean up easierIt does take up some counter room, but well worth not having to pull it out every time you want to use it. This processor is so quiet that at first I was afriad it wasn t working correctly, but I was so excited when I realized it was becuase I can still hear the radio while I m cooking. I would recommend this purcha...
#so far, great! (2008-11-25) I wasn t sure whether to stick with Cuisinart (my Cuisinart worked like a champ and was my mother s who used it regularly, then passed it on to me. I also used it a few times a week, so That processor was well over 30 years old! that s some testament to Cuisinart s longevity and quality)After doing a lot of research, I decided to give the K. A. 760 a try because even though it seemed very similar to the Cuisinart, there were additional features on it I liked that a comparable Cuisinart lacked. I ve only had this food processor for a week but I ve used it ...
#awesome product, awesome support (2008-11-15) I bought this unit in September and it is so strong and fast that I laugh when I use it!! It slices potatoes and apples so fast my boys all line up to watch it work. It handles big chunks and odd shapes. It is fun to use. The main reason I m writing a review, however, is to let you know about the awesome customer support you ll receive if you buy KitchenAid. Yesterday I was slicing apples for apple sauce -- I wanted to make a big batch, so I had 10 big apples ready to slice. I put too many in! All of the sudden the slicing disk was tryi...
#A Great Product (2008-11-03) I purchased the KitchenAid KFPW760 a few weeks ago and I am so happy that I did. I debated between purchasing the Cuisinart and the Kitchenaid for several months. I finally took the plunge and bought the Kitchenaid and so far, I am very happy with my choice. I have never owned a Cuisinart and so I can t really compare the two brands. I like the fact that my Kitchenaid is easy to use and easy to clean. The wide mouth and narrow tubes are both very useful features. I was a little concerned about previous comments stating that the wide tube was usele...
#works good for us but i dont like the feed chute (2008-11-02) Its a good processor. Two things I dont like. When I was deciding which one to buy, I was under the impression that the middle sized bowl could be used with the multipurpose chopping blade. It cannot, you can only use the medium sized bowl with the slicing and shredding disks. Another thing, the large feed chute is nice that you can fit big items in there, but you have to be mindful of the max fill line otherwise the safety wont engage and you wont be able to process the food. Its not like the smaller chute where...

#A Quality Product! (2008-12-01) I love this thing! Now I need to find different recipes to keep it interesting. Anyone know of good ones from food I can find in a regular American grocery store?
#Great unit and it holds a ton of food! (2008-11-28) I got irritated at the lack of healthy food options in my office cafeteria so I bought a Mr Bento and it paid for itself in less than 3 weeks. I found a community of Mr Bento users on a popular social networking photo site, and it gave me tons and tons of ideas on what to take for lunch. Pitas w/ hummus, veggies, yogurt and granola, pasta and beans, rice and grilled red peppers. . . And if you fill all of these containers, it s actually quite a bit of food. Maybe more than you would normally eat, so be careful with potentially o...
#Bento Jar (2008-11-28) Works like a charm. Nothing breaks a dull day like a four course lunch. Hardest part has been getting creative enough to fill the jar. Works very well, the thinner lids warped a bit with heat from hot food, but still snap on pretty tight. Insulated food jar, and soup cup work for at least six hours. Wouldn t trade this thing in for a bag for anything.
#Does its job, but... (2008-11-23) Pros:1. The advertising is 100% true - this lunchbox keeps food warm for a long timeCons:1. Tiny containers - I can t imagine anyone with a normal appetite feeling satisfied after eating the minuscule amount of food this product holds. 2. Hand wash only - This especially drives me nuts when I eat messy foods that are hard to clean (esp. oatmeal!)3. Retains smell - This is my number one complaint. If you put strong smelling food into any of the containers, they will smell for a long time thereafter! It is VERY HARD to get rid of the odor, even ...
#Perfect for Getting all your food groups (2008-11-20) I bought this for my girlfriend in honor of her first day of grad school. She has used it for the last three months and absolutely loves it. It s compact and is very creatively organized. Her only complaint is the top riming is coming apart a little bit, but it is still perfectly functional and still snaps back in. We still highly recommend this piece of fine school-ware!

The OXO Steel Garlic Press combines durability, elegance and practical cleaning. It has a large-capacity garlic chamber to accommodate several cloves. The built-in plastic cleaner efficiently removes garlic residue. Soft, non-slip grips provide cushioning when pressing garlic. Durable zinc and stainless steel construction ensure a lifetime of use.

#It broke? (2008-10-29) While it lasted, it made garlic paste out of garlic, but it snapped in half? Also not super easy to clean or anything.
#nice one (2008-10-06) My real old one s handle broke. this one is very comfortable and does a great job.
#How did I live without you? (2008-09-15) This is a MUST have kitchen tool for any garlic lover. I am an avid cooker, and looove garlic, this is an absolute lifesaver. If you cook with garlic more than once a month, go buy one! GO!
#Excellent Garlic Press (2008-08-29) At last I seem to have found a garlic press that not only functions extremely well, but one that will not fall apart after repeated usage. It is of very heavy-duty construction and feels most solid in the hand.
#Looks great, works fine. (2008-08-18) This thing definitely has great heft - it feels like it will last forever. It looks beautiful. The rubberized grip feels comfortable. It won t break in the dishwasher. And yes, it will process garlic. So why only 4 stars? I find the handles to be TOO SHORT. Another 1/2 inch would have made a world of difference to increase the torque you can generate. The hopper is a bit small, holding only 2 cloves of garlic at a time. I don t understand people who complain about cleanup. It takes me about 5 seconds to get the chunks out before tos...
