(2008-01-31) The fact alone that the lean beautiful body body on the front of all the videos belongs to Callan - 47 at the time - should make you hit the One Click button right now. #I adore Callanetics, BUT... (2008-01-02) I absolutely adore Callanetics! It really does give you those fast results promissed, BUT personally I find the 10 years younger in 10 days to slow paced and boring. It seems to me as if the toning session is over too soon and that the emphasis of the program is more on stretching. I also find the instructions insuficient. The video itself shows it s age in set up and overall production. Insted I would recommend the Quick Callanetics series which is produced a few years later. #3x and clothes are looser! (2006-10-31) I am a fairly active 42 yr. old woman. It seems whatever I do, I can t seem to firm up the jiggly in my legs and booty with the plethra of excercise dvd s I own. . SO I pulled out this video I bought last year. . and decided to give it a try. I can t believe that I am already feeling a difference in the way my clothes hang on me! #FABULOUS! (2006-05-26) I ve come back to Callanetics after years away, and it is as good as it ever was. If you stick to it, you get everything that is promised - truly. My best body ever was following only a month (granted was doing it 4-5 hours a week) and was for a holiday, I dug out the pictures the other day and it inspired me to dig out my video! 2 days into it and already I can see and feel the difference. #Simply the best (2008-11-02) I heartily recommend this video/DVD to anyone of any age and level of fitness who wants to begin a healthy exercise routine. Beginning Callanetics demonstrates how each exercise can be adapted around different limitations, such as weak legs, bad back, lack of flexibility, etc. . The movements are tiny and use minimal energy, so they re low impact and easy on the spine and joints. This starts more gently than yoga and pilates, yet becomes more taxing as the muscles develop. After mastering this routine, one can progress onto the faster-paced Callanetic...
#Excellent for toning and suppleness. (2000-08-12) The easy looking exercises belie what goes on underneath. Exercise 4 times a week and notice results within a month. It strenghens, tones, changes posture and makes you so supple you d swear that you were 10 years old again. You can do the exercise in your living room and all you need is a chair and a structure as high as a dining table. You need dedication though and just watching the video is not going to do it for you.

#Good but not as good as the first Callanetics (2005-09-03) Sadly, I ve never really managed to use this tape quite as often as her first one. I like the idea of the class doing the exercises/movements with you. This one is definitely more advanced movements and fine if you can work away on your own.

#Super Callanetics (2004-08-18) I have used the Super Callanetics VHS for 14 years now. I began with the suggested Callenetics tape and then progressed to the Super Callanetics program as advised. I love the exercises! Callan Pinkney s instruction is clear, concise and relaxing. The exercises have firmed and strengthened by body for all these years! #it can change your body in weeks (2002-07-16) you mould definatley have to try the original callanetics, because it does take a few weeks to get the hang of it. once you have mastered that video, you can move on to this. within weeks I had gone down to my lowest weight ever. my hips and bum toned, and stomach went flat. It s concise and perfectly balanced between a complete body warm-up, and making you work those stomach muscles, all in a 20 minute work-out. #Disappointing (2000-06-09) I have the Super Callanetics and Callan s 1987 version - both have more stomach exercises than the quick stomach version - I think it is a waste of money. One can just forward the tape to the stomach excercises on both the full Callanetics tapes.

A twenty minute workout in the morning, with excercises to get you energised and ready for the day. And then a twenty minute workout in the evening, which relaxes the mind and body.
