#Power pushing! (2008-10-10) I wasn t sure what I d make of this DVD as I tend to go for hard working cardio excercise. However, I have found it a little relieving to have a change of pace and still see results. I am an apple shape, and with all the core excercises people have mentioned that my waist is already looking slimmer. It definately gets your heart going. My main dislike was that the instructor kept constantly switching from one thing to another. #Great Workout! (2008-07-25) I consider myself fairly fit and often find some at home exercise DVDs are not challenging enough. This definitely worked up a huge sweat and left me feeling like I d been challenged and worked hard, but not to the point where I felt like I wouldn t be able to do more exercise the following day. Alison is a good instructor and the routines are fairly simple to follow. There were also some exercises in this DVD that were new to me. A great total body workout, both toning and cardio. #Brilliat workout! (2008-10-21) I m actually not an athletic person and exercising sounds scary to me! Anyway a friend of mine recommended gym ball for toning and workout. So i bought a gym ball and this DVD from Amazon. Watching that DVD first all looks easy to me but wait till you try it! It really is a good way of stretching your muscles without having to go for 100km jogging! Im glad I tried this workout, really enjoy it for a beginner like myself. I would recommend it to everybody!

#Very disappointing (2008-07-21) I ve had Nell s Ultimate Workout challenge for about 18 months now and was a bit bored so I was really pleased when I saw there was new dvd out. I liked the ultimate challenge because it really worked you but was easy to follow and the bail out options were good if you were short of time or just tired. This new dvd is the same workout just without the bail out and a very condensed core section. #Fabulous and great music (2008-06-11) I work out 3/4 times a week usually to Nell or Ministry of Sound and do 1 or 2 10k runs so I expect a good workout. Not many DVD s impress me. Most of those I have bought remain in their cases having been used just once or twice. This is my favourite Nell DVd in terms of music although it is less challenging than her first and third DVD. I have used it consistently for 6 months without getting bored and still love it. Cant wait for her next one.

#too slow (2007-09-12) I m sure that this DVD will help tone & weight loss but, oh dear!, it s way too slow. Probably better for beginners or someone looking for an exercise that gives the feel good factor without needing to concentrate too hard. Like someone else I got bored with the music. #A superb fitness DVD (2006-08-01) I have to say that I bought this DVD because it looked really fresh even a little different to all the C rate celeb fitness titles on the shelf. And I am really glad I did. It is simple and easy to follow, and has good workouts for more advanced users. #I Have Rolled off The Pounds...... (2006-07-11) As stated on the DVD, this workout is designed to burn fat and lose weight fast. After a couple of workouts, it has definitely done that for me. . . . . The DVD takes you through a warm up, a full aerobic routine, a fat burning circuit, tummy toning and a stretch. I was amazed at how much I could do with a Gymball, I had got as far as sitting on it. . . . .
