He can trace numbers and upper or lower case letters after being shown how first, which ties in with his first year of full time school brilliantly. #This is a must for all Leapster owners! (2008-02-19) My 5 year old son received this game for Christmas and still thoroughly enjoys playing on it. He doesn t realise that he s learning! He particularly enjoys tracing the shapes and then making the lines disappear to see how well he has done. There are easy-hard mazes to follow with the pen and pictures to colour. All in all a really great and educational game for both boys and girls who like to draw, colour or write!

My son loves cat in the hat and he is at the reading stage so he thinks it cool that he can read and learn as he goes along. You can do all sorts with this book as long as you have the tag reader pen. there are lots of sounds, etc on the page and all your child has to do is touch each thing with the pen. #Strongly Recommending LeapFrog Tag! (2009-01-29) LeapFrog Tag books are brilliant! My 3-year old daughter loves them, she spends hours over them and has immediately grasped how to get the most out of them. The pen is a marvellous invention, we listen to the stories in the car and try out all the sounds on the books. The concept of checking out the child s development is also fabulous.
