#Warrior Plus Mat Equals GREAT Purchase!!! (2009-07-01) Good points:- Much cheaper than similar mats sold in shops (yes, you Sweaty Betty)- Long enough to accomodate a very tall man. Or possibly two smaller ones. - And wide enough. . just. - Thicker than a whale omelette. - Features a tag with the word Warrior on it so people might think you can do Kung Fu. - Sky Blue, one of the best blues out there. Bad points:- Smells a little bit toxic when new. - Not as much fun as Wii-Fit. - After intensive testing, it gave disappointing results in improving fitness unless actual exercise was d...
#Ideal for yogalates (2009-06-09) This mat is nicely cushioned, which is ideal if you`re using it on a hard floor surface. It is non-slip too.
#Great mat. (2009-05-13) This mat is thick and long which makes it great for all kinds of exercise, and incredibly comfortable. The colour is a real lift! Its very easy to clean, just with a wet towel. I highly recommend it.
#good purchase (2009-05-12) Did not look long but made sure I read some reviews. This mat seems to suit my needs well. It is nice and sticky, and very comfortable on hard floor. One thing is that the mat itself does not come with any strap to hold it rolled. Still fine with me. Cannot complain about delivery either. Amazon has never failed me.
#Alternative Use of Mat (2009-05-01) I run classes for pre-school children called Little Kicks. I purchased two mats for the children to sit on in between activities. The children think the colours are cool and that the mats are comfortable. Other benefits are:The mats are slip resistant. Very important when you have children jumping on and off mats. They can be rolled up and transported in a car boot and take up very little storage space. Mats can be easily cleaned.

Slip easily over wrist to increase intensity of workout. Soft, neoprene covering. Weight distributed evenly.

#good product (2009-05-25) not an expert by any means but the mat seems fine to me and thicker than the ones at the gym. would recommend.
#versatile mat (2009-04-09) I bought the mat for when I do sit ups or use a balance ball. It s a good roll up mat with a carry handle and the stickyness ensures a non slip surface and a mat without a mind of its own. I m pleased with it on the whole but it needs to be thicker by at least 1mm as the wooden floors can be felt when I do sit ups.
#Good all round mat but not very thick (2009-04-06) I bought this mat for doing pilates and on the whole I am pleased with it, especially for the price. The only thing to note is that it s not overly thick so I did notice the hard floor when doing exercises on my side. The mat rolls up and fastens with velcro so it s easy to carry. Would recommend as a good all rounder and value for money.

#ok (2009-07-03) It is ok, i am using it when i do exercise at home. I think good ratio price/quality.
#Great Yoga Mat! (2009-06-09) My first yoga mat and extremely pleased. Has just the right amount of grip and I would definately recommend it.
#Warrior Matt (2009-02-27) Firstly, I wish they had better colors but oh well. I find it ok but with some poses it gets a little slippy. All in all just ok .
#If it curls, turn it over! (2008-02-23) This is a yoga mat (also good for pilates floor exercises), it isn t supposed to be a comfy place to lie whilst on the floor, it s just for a little extra support. For people who find it curls back on itself. . . just turn it over (then it won t curl up again!) However after the first use I found there was no curling at all! The stickiness does help prevent slipping but you don t really notice it unless you re rolling around on the mat! Nice colour choices as well!
#It s a YOGA mat (2007-11-01) This is a yoga mat. It s cushioning properties are meant to be minimal in comparision to it s frictional qualities. Such is the case with this mat. Thicker yoga mats tend to make it harder for me to stay balanced in trickier postures though they can be nice in kneeling ones - the solution, fold your thin mat double or triple for kneeling postures. This mat is fine though, and nice and sticky. I haven t found it s curling tendancy to be worse than any other I ve used.

#Pregnancy (2009-02-05) Im Pregnant and find this Gym Ball a great relief and good support on my back while sitting on it. I belief it will be even more beneficial as my pregnancy continues by curling on it etc.
#Inflation Problems (2008-11-26) As someone else has mentioned, this is ridiculous to inflate and once you put the stopper in thats it, theres no going back. I managed with difficulty to inflate it and decided it could do with somemore air, so attempted to remove the stop which was impossible, once its in, theres no going back. Which means you cannot add anymore air or you cant even deflate it. Not very well thought out at all.
#Inflation instructions really not clear (2008-11-22) The instructions provided really don t make it clear how you re supposed to inflate this - no adaptor is supplied for bicycle pumps and I ended up having to fashion one from what I guess is supposed to be the plug then use a screw to plug the ball once inflated. Really not satisfactory.
