#Crazy Fit Massage machine (2010-06-04) I bought this machine on recommendation from a friend and you could visibly see results she was trimmer and well toned. Have been using the machine for two months now and it has brought my body fat index down already which is a good thing. For someone who is not keen on exercising this is brilliant for ten minute sessions when you can fit it in, no exercise involved you just wobble!! Great. The only draw back is the exercise programmes are not decribed in the instruction manuel so its a case of finding out as you go along.
