#leak alert! (2009-03-21) I brought this thinking it would be a good fun workout. It was ok (a bit too american for me) - i did the first dvd, but my living room proved to be a bit too small to accomodate the movement of the punchbag. The workout with a punch bag was novel which kept it interesting. I moved the bag out of the way after the first class which proved too heavy to carry (a LOT of water needed). A week or so later the water then leaked over my floor - thankfully I noticed before we got completely flooded. Ive returned it and got my money back. Would i buy agai... #Do not wate your money on this (2009-02-01) Waste of time and money. First one burst when hit by my four year old son. Replacement arrived and the result was worse. The base, filled with water as per instructions for ballast, burst and soaked the entire living room. . . Avoid at all costs. PS the videos were pretty useless too! #Billy Blanks excellent workout (billys bag) (2007-06-26) I have tried every keep fit dvd/video going, and always get bored after two days. I have been doing this billys bag dvd for a week and am loving every minute of it. I am not watching the clock as I have done with other workouts, I cannot wait to get up in the morning to do it.
