#Very effective (2009-02-17) I was suffering quite badly with patella tendonitis (jumper s knee) to such an extent that it was painful runnin flat out and changing direction when playing football. This strap removed the pain and made me much more comfortable and confident to run and change direction suddenly. Very comfortable, adjustable and discreet.

The best bit though is that the retaining Velcro at the back is well covered so even when bending your knee there is no contact with it. A real fault of cheaper versions and one that causes a lot of irritation and eventually pain.
