#back pack (2009-06-28) a well made ruck sack (considering its made in china) lots of pockets and space for loads of bits and bobs , shame about the three holes in each side, very comfortable to tote about on your back , looks like it will last for years. go for it.

#Excellent... (2009-04-29) As you would expect from SwissGear, a well made and high quality piece of kit. Loads of space for your lappie and a massive compartment in front that swallows up pretty much everything I ve needed to carry. A very handy gadget pocket on the top, and two more for pens pencils etc. A shame some of the finishing isn t reflective, but a small sacrifice for such a great bag. When I bough mine, Amazon were offering the best price anywhere on the web - almost 50% cheaper than some other retailers.

#Bag is Not water proof and the cause identified. (2009-07-01) The design of this bag is very well thought out and very versatile. Targus do talk about their quality, durability, warranties etc and of course the excellent reviews on Amazon, therefore I was very surprised to find out that it is in fact NOT rain proof (soggy documents being the clue!) The material separating the two main compartments does not have an inner lining. In fact he outside side pockets also do not have this lining - however the inner lining is used everywhere else - quite why Targus have omitted the lining...

#No need to look elsewhere - this laptop backpack is a winner! (2009-05-23) Agree with previous reviews. I ve had this backpack for about 6 months now and use it everyday and it shows no sign of wear & tear - most importantly neither does my macbook. Comfortable straps, excellent padding & good size without being bulky or obvious that you are carrying a laptop. I also really like the rubber carrying handle for when you aren t slinging it over your back. The separate laptop sleeve is great quality too. Highly recommended!

#Does the job if it s not raining! (2009-05-17) Sturdy bag, comfortable to wear, not water-proof though so if it s pouring and you forgot your umbrella it s going to soak through. However, since the laptop bag is a standalone case that just sits in the bag you may find that your books and stuff will get wet but not the laptop. #Money well spent! (2009-06-09) did the c2c ride recently over the course of 2 days, 144 miles in pouring rain and a head wind. This little beauty kept me going, load of water in there and still had space for a rolled up waterproof. . . . not that it was in there for very long!You ll not get much storage space in these, but for the price, it s well worth it.

#Impresive (2008-09-17) I bought this as a present for a relative, who spent a happy few minutes explaining to me the various features of this case. 1] The neck strap is adjustable. 2] There is a pocket built in to the case, which is apparently useful for compasses and such. 3] You can get two folds of a map displayed simultaneously. 4] Alternatively, it can be folded in half to display just one map fold. 5] It has a weatherproof flap across the top, to stop the rain getting in, something that apparently not all cases have. This is highly recommended.
