#Good for everyday use (2009-07-01) Bought this about a month ago to use in the living room while watching TV - use it at least once a day for anywhere between 10 min and 45 min: have noticed a significant difference in tone/size of legs and arms, and the product is so easy to store again after use. Only gripe: it s started to squeak, causing much agony to those around me when I use it!Overall fantastic for squeezing some exercise into your daily routine, especially for lazy people like me!

#Small and Discrete (2009-06-30) I ve had an exercise bike for years, but it takes up so much space that I was looking for something that would do a similar job, but could be hidden when necessary. This is definitely it - very compact, easy to assemble and use, and once I had some decent trainers, it builds a sweat without killing my knees. The only negative is, as some have already said, it squeaks TERRIBLY! I deal with that by bumping up the volume on music TV.

#Step review (2009-06-20) The step is ok. Small enough to store easily under a bed. It could do with being a bit wider to comfortably get both feet on the step when using it longtidudinally. Fairly sturdy, a bit squeaky!

#slipping (2009-01-10) This DOES give you good, low impact exercise and is fun to use. The problem is, despite the non slip mat, it moves a lot during use. I find it very frustrating to stop every 3 mins or so to re-position it. If anyone finds a solution please share it.

#poor build quality (2009-02-07) Unfortunately poor build quality is not a one off, the little computer on mine is broken and the unit creaks when using it and I m no more than 14 stone. DO NOT buy this, there is better out there. This is a waste of money

#Poor build quality (2009-02-06) Initially the on board computer did not seem to work. We tried it one last time before sending the item back and it seemed fine. A month later and the central rod/pin on one side has come out. We managed to get it back in and screw it tightly back together only for the same thing to happen again today. Hopefully the poor build quality/durability is a one off and this won t happen with a replacement. Very disappointing.

#Annoying squeak! (2009-06-18) This is good value for money and very light and easy to store away. However after using it for just one day it developed a very loud screeching noise which means that I can no longer use it whilst I am watching TV as the noise makes it impossible to hear the TV over!

#waste of money (2009-06-04) The item was delivered at 10 am, by 10. 20 it had broken. I used it for 20 mins which was 1000 steps. A big bolt fell out of the inside and i was unable to access the inside to put it back together. All the bolts were loose and it left an oil mark on my carpet. No warning of this in the instructions. A poorly constructed item!!
