#Walking poles... (2010-02-17) OK - what to say? All in all simple, well-made walking poles - and at a good price too! Shock absorbers make little or no difference to me, and the handgrips are a little on the dainty side if you have big mitts or like thick gloves - but they work! Now all I have to see is if they last as long as the last pair. . . !!!

#walking Pole. (2010-01-28) I have been really pleased with walking Pole. It arrived a few daysafter I ordered it,in all that bad weather,it was well packed. It took me a little while to sort out how to adjust it, but now it is fine. It is reallylight, to use. The torch in the handle is a real bonus at night. It is as good as more expensive poles. I would recommend it to my friends.

#Great product (2010-02-04) I bought these for my wife who enjoys hiking. She informs me that they are ideal for her. They are lightweight but strong , The shock absorb system works perfectly when she needs to apply force to go uphill or stop her falling downhill, the telescopic height adjustment is ideal for anyone short (my wife) or tall and the light is useful for looking at maps etc. . .

#Walking or Hiking? (2009-12-29) Bought these for support while recovering from a knee injury, so will probably only use them for normal walking rather than hiking. I m sure they ll be fine for what I need - they feel solid but light-weight, the built-in shock absorber is good and the degree of adjustment is fine (I m very tall!) - but I d wonder whether they are robust enough for serious fell-walking etc. The light and compass (really very small) are just gimmicks - can t imagine using them. All in all though, excellent value for money for my needs.
