Personally I didnt opt for extra chains or wall bracket, just used 1. 5 metres of rope doubled up and tied it to a rafter in the garage which does the job perfectly (and means no DIY). #Perfect for little boxers (2009-04-08) Good value and comfortable. These gloves are perfect for introducing boxing at a junior level. My son trains most days with these and finds them easy to put on and comfortable in use. We have had no problems with loose stitching or unfinished edges inside. All in all a great pair of junior gloves.

Double grip medicine balls are great when working out. Not only do they make the resistance of a workout more increased they are easy to hold and prevent the Medicine ball from slipping out of your hands or worst falling on to yourself whilst training.
