When using it in high speed you really build up your strength in the wrists,arms and shoulders. A bit tricky in the beginning but very addictive once you got the hang of it. (2009-07-01) Amazon had all the information I needed before buying this product, besides the information on Amazon the powerball website contains a lot more information. . bought two of these both for my parents !! a great buy indeed. . the only drawback is that if these balls spin off your hands. . . and fall. . you will mess up the gyro balance and will have to live with a noisy powerball for the rest of its life !
