#versatile mat (2009-04-09) I bought the mat for when I do sit ups or use a balance ball. It s a good roll up mat with a carry handle and the stickyness ensures a non slip surface and a mat without a mind of its own. I m pleased with it on the whole but it needs to be thicker by at least 1mm as the wooden floors can be felt when I do sit ups.

The only thing to note is that it s not overly thick so I did notice the hard floor when doing exercises on my side. The mat rolls up and fastens with velcro so it s easy to carry. Would recommend as a good all rounder and value for money.
