YORK FITNESS Abdo Board Weight BenchMultifunctional dumbell bench Provides 10 incline / decline angles Converts to a sit up bench Foam rollers for ankle and knee support 200kg Max load (inc user)YORK FITNESS Abdo Board Weight Bench

#Good for first buyers (2009-07-01) I bought this product just to work out every other day. It is very easy to set up, just a few bolts which come with a spanner and a manual. In terms of stability, it s reasonable but i wouldn t reccommend lifting very heavy weights on this one. Other than that, it does the job perfectly.
#Great inexpensive bench (2009-04-14) Great little bench, light weight but very strong and strudy. It has great adjustment levels and its comfortable to lie onfor a number of exercises. Cons:Only issues are you need a lot of space as its not easy to storeas you would need to dismantal it for storage. There is no quick adjustment nut, you have to unscrew the bold complete to adjust the back rest. all in all i m happy with this product and get a lot of use outof it.
#Great starter bench (2009-01-31) This is a great little bench, perfect for using with dumbbells. It s reasonably cheap compared to the alternatives, sturdy and easy to put together - it even comes with a little spanner to help you. It can be laid flat, or at various inclines and a decline. Perfect for dumbbell flys, bench press, lying rows, lying deltoid raises, as well as anything needing a back rest. It s obviously not suitable for heavy barbell work - it s quite thin and says it can only take a training weight of 50kg (110 lbs) plus 100kg of user weight (220 lbs), and of course it...
#Great value, adequate bench (2008-12-23) It s not hugely sturdy (i do heavy bench singles and lockouts with a rack but don t fancy doing anything over 120kg with this) and doesn t decline very well, neither does it go completely flat (with any decent level of support). It s a lot of hassle altering the angle of the bench but that comes with the territory of a home bench this price. For £40-odd this isn t bad i guess if you re a casual trainee and don t mind that it screams cheap, but personally i m regretting not spending the extra £30 and getting the far superior York 13 in 1. ...
#Definitely worth the money (2008-10-18) I was looking for something like this to keep in my room and avoid all the fuss and hassle of going to the gym, and I have to say that it perfectly meets all my needs. Also it is not really difficult to set it up, instructions are quite straight forward and clear, just takes about half an hour or so.

#York B530 Bench (2009-07-01) I bought this bench after a lot of research, and it is proving a very good buy. It is very stable and well built after assembly, which takes an hour or so. I paired it with Gold Gym s 90 kilogrom barbell and dumbell set. The bench comes with a comprehensive range of exercises, which I am using, and adapting to my own programme. It s well worth buying the curl pad and lat tower. These are much more substantial than I thought they d be, once again being very solid. They definitely take it up to another level. I paid £30 and £36 for these respectively...
#York Bench (2009-04-08) Bench is very sturdy, can be used for incline and decline bench press. Expensive but better paying the extra money than getting a cheap tacky bench.
#versatile bench (2009-01-28) well built with the plenty of room between head and bar even at highest incline which can be a problem on other benches. bonus of being able to add on curl attachment and lat pull doen.
#A good solid bench you can rely on. (2009-01-11) Came in one big box and was very straight forward to assemble, taking about an hour or so. This bench is very well built, and feels very stable. Out of the many benches out there this bench actually has a DECLINE on it! Very hard to find! It also has 3 levels of incline and a flat position as well. You can add various accessories to it making it a very versatile bench. I am very happy I bought this product and would reccomend it to anyone.

YORK FITNESS 13 in 1 BenchThis bench is so versatile that it can be fixed into 13 different positions. It has a quick and simple position adjustment. The backrest moves from decline, through flat to incline all the way up to 70 degrees. The bench folds flat making it easier for storage and has a 180kg max load including user.YORK FITNESS 13 in 1 Bench

#quality, strong, substantial (2009-07-01) It s good. No worries about it not being of a high enough quality. It would be quite at home in a commercial gym. It does take a little effort to change to some positions, but that s not unreasonable. It is largish though. It can be broken down to flat again with a few minutes effort, but it s not convenient enough for doing that on a daily basis. It is substantial, so wont disappear into nothing if you have very limited space. In short, if you want a substantial multi purpose bench, this is a great choice. It s weight will be a welcome r...
#Quality bench (2009-05-16) I have had this bench since Christmas and wanted to get some use out of it before reviewing. I use it most days and just don t have an issue with the adjustment. It only takes a few seconds and once adjusted it is solid as a rock. Furthermore, for the versatility you get (and I don t use all the positions) it s well worth the fiddling. And the fact it folds flat makes all the difference because otherwise it d be left up permanently (causing grief off the other half) or dismantled in the loft never to be seen again. An excellent buy and well worth the mon...
#Very good piece of kit (2009-05-15) Rock solid, well made and stacks of functions. A little tricky to adjust for the first couple of times but then straighforward. You can t really get a bench as adjustible as this without it needing a few bolts. . . . . It feels like gym quality kit and does everything I need for a varied home free weights/abs/back session.
#defective product (2009-05-13) Ordered the first one from amazon and had the black leather broken from the top side of the bench, replaced with another one, same problem, again arranged the return with amazon. after about 2 weeks this bench is going up and down in UK and i am waiting the refund. maybe refurbished stock sold as new. not recommended
#Great value bench! (2009-05-05) I have been using this bench for a few months now and I m really pleased to have found a strong, well built product. I bought it primarily because of the way it folds for storage and I ve been able to easily store it underneath a single bed. (For those of you wanting to know the exact dimensions when folded flat they are 155cm x 39cm x 26cm or 145cm x 39cm x 18cm if you remove the ankle support). The adjustments between positions are mostly easy to make. In one or two of the positions it is sometimes a little tricky to locate the pins or move the leg...

#It has to be Medicarn (2009-05-27) I bought one of the cheaper versions of this bench that was not Medicarn and it was so tatty and unstable. I sent that one back and came across this Medicarn one on amazon so i bought it. I must say it is twenty times better than the one i sent back. It is so sturdy and the quality is amazing. My abs are like rocks now and i hav ethe six pack i always wanted. My advise to any one buying one of these is make sure it is Medicarn. I am going to order their Medicarn Ab Lounger as well. Spot on Medicarn.
#great value for money (2009-05-21) great product-easy to use and would recommend this ,received the exerciser next day, brilliant value for the money-would shop again with this company. Good communication.
#Getting fit and shedding pounds (2009-03-21) This is great value and really is doing the business for me. I ve always been a bit of a fad exerciser and dieter like most of us but I really wanted to shift some weight and with this and cutting a bit of fat out my diet I m doing it at last. Highly recommended
#Ab Bench (2009-03-12) i got the product at half price of the TV advert on Amazon, its a good product but made in china quality, abs are looking good, but i am a short bloke and the bench can be a stretch as the ergonomics are basically built for mr average, otherwise easy to assemble and use.

The V-fit Herculean folding weight bench is an improvement from the previous modell with a removable pec dec to extend your training possibilities. The V-Fit Herculean folding weight bench features a sturdy steel frame trainer with deep padded seats and backrest for comfortable training. The bench also includes a bench press, leg extension and crunch/sit-ups.

#Does the job (2009-03-02) The quality of materials is good but the build is pretty dodgy. For example, the seat is incredibly rickety even when correctly tightened up. I had to insert cardboard to steady it out and even then you find that you have to use a good deal of balance when lifting to compensate. Also, the leg unit isn t practical and for someone of my height (6 ) it s a bit of a squeeze. The main reason I went for this bench was that you can fold it away to save space. In this respect it s fine although I did dispense with one or two bolts to make it so. Otherwise it w...
#not so herculean (2009-02-28) delivery was great didn t take long. all the parts were there which is always good ha . . but the main point is to be strong and stable and it isn t. you can tighten as much as you like and it still rocks tighten any more and the metal bends in so you stuck. . i am going to get the main connections wielded by a friend . . and even if your a girl its no good to much of a mess on to put the fly s on and you have to take them off to bench press . . in all very unstable and poor
#PLEASE DON T BUY!!! (2008-12-11) This product is of extremely low quality, the weight supports are too narrow for even a slender person to fit between. The bench press can not be used in conjunction with the fly attachment as it gets in the way as the bar is lowered. The bench is very short and the seat is dangerousy unstable. I don t know what they were thinking when they designed the leg curlers, maybe they tested it with someone that had an extra joint in both legs. This thing should not exist, if you are thinking about buying it for yourself or anyone else please don t ru...
