It takes up very little space, you can carry it between rooms or sling it in the understairs cupboard, and you can use it while emailing. Terrible assembly instructions though: things you should know - I think the short base goes under the read-out panel, the pedals screw on in different directions (they are labelled but very small), and you need to lever off the read-out panel when you want to change the batteries.

#York C202 Cycle dissapointing (2009-04-08) Easy to assemble, felt sturdy in use, but the handlebar heart-monitor did not work which is an essential part of most programmes. It was constantly active even when not in use. One minor point was the flywheel is pretty lightweight, if you are at all used to using gym equipment. However was dissapointing to have to take apart and attempt to get back into the very compact box. Amazon returns service was excellent and money refunded no problems.

It s smooth, quiet and puts you in a much better position, i. e. , not leaning too far forward all the time which was giving me backache. #Exclellent first time bike (2009-06-27) I decided I needed a bike at home since I m partly disabled and can t get to the gym very easily. I chose this bike partly because of price but mostly because of the recommendations here. They were right. Easily assembled, not too heavy to move but robust and stable. Good basic functions, though the saddle could be shaped a bit more like my backside. I m very pleased with it, it s making a big difference to my general health and fitness.

The range of saddle height adjustment is great the family range from 6 2 to 4 10 no problems. I found the 1-8 tension settings more than adequate.

#Assembling - You need a little patience (2009-04-06) Don t be worried if when checking the various nuts, bolts and washers that you find you have only 5 of one item and nine of another as it will all make sense in the end. Use black with black when attaching the pedals. This is a very professional and robust looking piece of equipment.
