#what a ball I m having (2008-10-28) after I managed to get the ball rolling so to speak (it takes a while but stick with it) it s great fun I use it because I have been suffering from mild RSI I type and write a lot . . it has done wonders for my wrist and as suggested in the blurb it does build up strength .
