#Oh so smooth sir (2008-05-15) This is my favourite play at the moment, I guess that I am a little late in trying Mr Buble s music, but I am a convert. Think of a nicely warmed, quality single malt, good crystal glass, this is that smooth, just slides down, leaving a pleasant glow behind. Good in the car, great on the MP3 player, nice in the background during dinner with friends. This album has a great selection of tracks, well known classics of the genre, and others, new to me at least. Just try it!
#Mmmm.............smooth as silk (2008-03-27) This is a lovely album. Michael Buble has a voice to die for, style, class, charisma, and is cute too!! I love Lost, Home, and his version of Me and Mrs. Jones, pure perfection!! The production on this album is fabulous, and of course, Michael s voice is so smooth, so seductive, just pure silk. He ticks all the right boxes for me, I think he s wonderful, and I think this album is wonderful too.
#Great album, but I feel cheated. (2007-12-23) Yes it is a great album and with an extra CD too. But, I asked my daughter to get me the new Micheal Buble album for Christmas and this it what I got. She said she was told this was the latest. I don t know what to do now because I had this CD for my birthday in November but without the extra CD. Should I tell her it s the same? If there is a newer album I apologise.
#Call Me Irresponsible Tour Edition (2007-11-04) Well can I start by saying that Call Me Irresponsible is a great Buble album, one of his best and this Tour Edition was only bought out to promote his UK tour. Now for that reason I was thinking should I buy this? And if you already own CMI then your probaly thinking the same. Well what do you get? Eight songs is the answer, two new studio recordings (however if you already own the internet edition of this album then you already have Orange Coloured Sky), 3 new mixes of his biggest hits and 3 christmas songs. Now are they any good? I ...

#A great Nitin album (2008-11-11) I saw Nitin play in Bristol in early November 2008 and he gave the best performance of the 5 times I have seen him. A delicate and sensitive gig, with Nitin mainly playing acoustic guitar, accompanied by some sublime cello playing and indian flute and tabla playing - all mixed with dreamy singing. This album reflects all that. A true concept album - a 45 minute journey through life today. Such a wide variety of influnces - how wrong the last reviewer is! This is a great Nitin album, and I ve loved him from the start. Turn it on, lie back on the sofa...
#Pure rubbish (2008-11-02) Its been coming for some time and finally Nitin has done it. I felt that the last two Nitin CDs lacked some imagination and this CD is by far the worst he has produced. The pop songs which start the album are derivative and when he finally gets to doing what he does best- the Indian influenced music towards the end- its all been heard before. Added to that the worst piece of music he has ever produced- My Soul - sung by Paul McCartney and I found myself sitting there shaking my head in disbelief. Come on Nitin- you had such promise in your early CDs...
#Sounds like heaven. (2008-10-21) Days Of Fire is performed by Natty, an artist starting to get recognition and critical acclaim with his own album Man Like I. This was actually inspired by Natty s own experience of the July bombings in London in 2005. It s a good track, very easy to listen to, and catchy. It sounds like London and it s upbeat and a little bit gritty. A great opener. October Daze features Tina Grace, who I admit I had not heard of prior to this release. She has a good, dulcet voice. The track reminds me of Portishead in its sound. Bring It Home includes voca...

Michael Buble s assured debut and the tireless year of globe-trotting touring he spent promoting it elevated the 20-something Vancouver native into the first rank of pop crooner revivalists. His sophomore studio follow-up largely turns on the same formula that helped make his considerable vocal prowess so attractive to mainstream audiences, mixing the nigh flawless, if expected Sinatra-channelling (I ve Got You Under My Skin) with more playful and inviting renditions of pop standards like the Gershwin s A Foggy Day in London Town, Feeling Good, Try A Little Tenderness and Cole Porter s I ve Got You Under My Skin. But it s the eclectic mix of more contemporary material the singer seasons them with--apt tribute to Buble hero Bobby Darin--that keeps him walking the narrow tightrope between artistic intrigue (a blues-tinged vamp of Holland-Dozier-Holland s How Sweet It Is, Leon Russell s lovely Song For You, with a guest turn by Chris Botti) and the kitsch-laden abyss (Quando, Quando, Quan...

#It s Bublé! (2007-12-12) This is the second main album from Canadian Virgo, Mr Michael Bublé. It lasts 49 minutes 17 seconds, doesn t come with song words and contains 13 songs:1. FEELING GOOD - 3:57. A slow song - 10/10. 2. A FOGGY DAY (IN LONDON TOWN) 2:32. A fast, big band number with a fabulous ending! - 9/10. 3. YOU DONT KNOW ME - 4:14. A slow song - 9/10. 4. QUANDO, QUANDO, QUANDO - 4:45. A duet with Ms Nelly Furtado - 10/10. 5. HOME - 3:45. Bublé s own composition, a great driving song - 9/10. 6. CANT BUY ME LOVE - 3:15. A song with lots of tempo changes...
#Great tunes and brilliant fun! (2007-09-19) If this album doesnt get you thinking you can sing or have you dancing around the house then you have no soul!
#as unoriginal as they come (2006-10-26) Oh dear! This plays like some tribute album or other. If your benchmark is Sinatra/King Cole/Torme or any other of the greats, then what on earth is the point of all this? True, there are some wonderful songs, but Buble doesn t bring anything new to them in the way that say, Shamus Dark does when he breathes new life into Angel Eyes etc. If you don t like the modern approach of Dark, then stick with originals - they still can t be beat!
#Cant get any better than Buble!!! (2006-03-22) Words cant describe how good this guy is. . . You will fall in love with him too.
#Buble Mania-Bringing back the classics! (2006-03-11) OK-Speaking from the United States, this performer has blown us away. Although we can not get Sinatra and Bobby Darin back, Michael Buble gives us the songs we loved from that time with a new twist. I have seen him 4 times in concert and it amazes me how well he sounds live not just on tour. Beside being quite the entertainer and really reaching out to his audience, his smooth style that he brings to the classic tunes we hear makes you just want to sing along. You will not regret purchasing ITS TIME or his first CD self titled...

#Fun packed Christmas (2008-11-14) This is just what Christmas should be about, a good ol sing along. Great Songs and performances. Would recomend to anyone.
#ignore the squares (2008-11-10) Ignore the squares who dont like this album. Its great and after listening to Deano, lets have some eggnog! great fun and some lovely tracks, christmas ring a ding dong!
#Dont bother (2007-12-18) I was disapointed by the quality of the recording - I (probably unrealistically) expected CD quality but found it to be worse that cassette. The songs are not the best but I could have lived with that if the sound had been acceptable. One for the bin in my opinion.
#Is that smell chestnuts roasting on an open fire or cheese? (2007-11-29) Cheesier than a slice of Stilton covered in melted Brie. I bought this a couple of years ago in an attempt to be ironic, now I wouldn t allow it anywhere near a CD player, it hasn t got better with age. If you want a trip down memory lane buy Phil Spectors Christmas album!
#Oh My this is so good (2007-11-26) Great collection from true icons that show these modern pop stars how it is done

#I actually like it (2008-11-12) I very rarely buy cast recordings of entire shows, as there are usually only one or two songs on them that I like. So I have been waiting for a compilation album that would have on it the songs I like, and unlike other reviewers I was not dissapointed with this.
#Coz it s John (2008-11-04) I bought this coz it s John. I had high expectations after Another Side, so this let me down a bit. But it s still fun to listen to (I love the Grease songs!), and with John s voice I had to give it at least 3. Listen to this not coz you want to be blown away, but coz it s John.
#not John s doing (2008-10-29) John Barrowman had nothing to do with this release. Nor does he receive any profits for it. This production company simply ripped the recordings John has done for his own releases or soundtracks, and even other compilation albums, and put them together to make this CD. the poor quality that some people have mentioned is because it wasn t actually recorded- quality is lost as you transfer recordings as they did to make this album. This is not essential to any fan- buy the real stuff (not just for the quality!). And yeah, I understand the I m broke a...
#Can t really blame John Barrowman for this one. (2008-10-10) If reports are to be believed than poor John Barrowman actually had nothing to do with this album and so can t really be blame for it s quality. The only reason it gets 4 stars from me is because it is John Barrowman after all and he is a wonderful singer. I recommend that people save their money for Music Music Music which guarantees to be fabulous. However I am not going to quarrel over £3. 98 if it were more expensive it certainly wouldn t be worth it for anybody other than a die-hard John Barrowman fan.
#NOT REALLY ESSENTIAL (2008-10-07) Poor cash in rehase for his recent TV exploits. This album is really for the dire fan but JB forever lets himself down by poor production and poor vocal quality. If you like what he does then this is for you but if you re just passing please pass on through. This is one greatest hits collection for a bargin bin or free with the Sunday ppaers to recycle. JB - maybe its time to re think.
