#Very useful and neighbourly! (2009-05-07) This is proving very useful - my postman loves it and I no longer have parcels being left at the neighbours with no note left. Need to mention that the drill bit that comes with the packaging DOES NOT FIT the raw plugs. It is too big and you will end up with a useless rawplug in the hole that does not grip! It was a nice gesture of the company to include a drill bit but you would think they would get the right size. When my Parcelsafe arrived from Amazon it did not have any instructions or any stickers so I emailed the Parcelsafe company... #A must for those who work (2009-05-02) A great item that keeps my parcels safe from thieves and weather elements. I got so fed up running up and down to the sorting office {that was usually closed when I finished work!}. I was undecided for months whether to buy it or not, I only wish I d bought it sooner. Thank you. #Parcel Safe (2009-03-04) The parcel safe was easy to fit with all necessary wall fittings, template etc. (even a drill bit!) but no wall plugs. It gives great peace of mind when parcel deliveries are expected - we can go out and not worry about trips to the sorting office! The postman approves too!

(2008-12-22) I bought this detector because - having read the previous two reviews - I thought it would be an excellent opportunity to write a similarly scathing attack on a worthless product, a perfect tonic to help reduce my blood pressure at the back end of a year in which the Prime Minister and his Darling have confiscated my shares in both Northern Rock and Bradford & Bingley, moles have again returned to blight the croquet lawn, and my farmers have started playing up something rotten. Lousy instructions and the thing keeps going off and I can only silence it by removing the battery. The £30 quid one I bought from Robert Dyas reassures me that a) it works b) I can test it at any time and c) if it goes off it is because there is a carbon monoxide problem and all this because of the comprehensive (original English) instructions. Cheap is not always the best. #poor show (2007-10-11) has been beeping for past hour and 10 minutes since initial battery installation. Does state on instructions that it may sound for several minutes after installing battery. Just about to give up on it. Should have jnown better going for the cheapest.

#SAFE-T-LIGHT (2009-05-18) The Safe-t-Light is an excellent product, coming on to give a nightlight at dusk, but more important, it stays on if there is a power cut, and incorporates a removable torch. Ordering was easy, and delivery was prompt. #Handy Gadget (2008-10-20) As I have seemed to suffer a power cut at least once per year where I live, I thought that this item could prove useful. I bought one for each floor of my house and, in the 18 months or so that I have used them, they have proven their worth in three power cuts. The torch lights up as soon as it gets dark and it produces a reasonable amount of light for you to find it and then make your way around in the dark.
