#Waste of time/money (2007-09-21) I bought one of these to help out an 84 year old pensioner who had decided to take the digital plunge and buy a Freeview LCD TV. I found it incredulous that this thing actually managed to weaken the signal! As for a tunable gain feature-forget it! I was not convinced the tune wheel was actually connected to anything as it made no discernable differance. This may be cheap but by the time I had paid the postage it ammounted to day light robbery.
