However as I already had an old similar model I was able to cannibalise the mirror part to replace the broken one. In view of the small cost involved I decided not to take the trouble of returning item. Should you wish to see evidence I still have the faulty remains.
#Great line.. (2007-10-29) I bought several pcs of the Smart-Loc range and I am really fascinated,as they hold already for three month without any problems. The importantthing to do when you like to fix one of the articles to the tile, mirror etc. , is to put the lever before in a horizontal position and push the lever in this position against the surface you want to have the article sticked to. Only then put the lever in a vertical position.

#Almost does what it say on the tin. (2009-02-11) This mirror feels unbreakable. Not sure why, but I don t think it would smash if I dropped it. Perhaps it is coated in a protective film. Best point is that the suction really works. It was considerably more expensive than the alternatives that I looked at, and its not completely fog free (a little steam does fog it) but its being used daily without complaint.
