#great back support (2009-02-01) I purchased this roll after a back injury and to give more support while sitting in the car and now id never be without it. It must be placed just above the waist for best support, i didnt realise how much i used to slouch until i got this. Id recommend this to anyone with a dodgy back.

#The Superb D Roll (2009-06-30) I have suffered on an off with a bad back since a rugby accident 20 years ago. Just recently I manage dot slip 5 discs in my back causing me very acute sciatica and numbness in both legs and feet which was not great. I was in hospital and had a course of physiotherapy and am on the road to a good recovery. I am involved in Sales for my job which involves a lot of sitting at desks and long car journey which the consultant does not recommend at all. #My constant friend (2009-02-16) Having been a sloucher all my life and suffering from neck and lower back problems I thought I d give this a go. I m happy to report it does its job brilliantly. I spent 18 hours on a coach trip (which normally causes me agony) and arrived at my destination painfree. I was overjoyed. #Good but could do better. (2009-02-01) I bought one of these as I do a lot of miles in my car which doesn t have an adjusabe lumbar support in the seat. I wanted something which would help stop the twinges in my lower back after a long journey. The roll does seem to work, but it is quite large and, until you get used to it, it does feel as though your pelvis is being thrust forward. My only real gripe is with the fastening belt - the buckle is one of those that the belt goes through in an s-shape and however much I fiddled round with it the belt just slipped back out, so it is ese...

#Useful, but not the best (2009-06-10) I ve used this for a while and found it served its purpose of helping me maintain a good head/neck posture quite well (although it doesn t stop you slumping forwards). The main issue I have is that it s too firm and so can get uncomfortable - I have been given a better one at work that s much softer and feels more like a cushion than just a support.

#What a difference (2009-06-17) I have just come out of hospital after having 2 discs removed from my C Spine. One of the physio s suggested I buy one of these to aid with sleep and comfort. All I can say is that it is brilliant, I sleep better now than ever and no longer snore either!!!
