At last I can drop off to sleep easily - I have been using it to listen to free podcasts of all sorts of things including sleep inducing guided meditation . I did find after using it that the pillow did nt support my neck while sleeping and that the pillow for some reason becomes hot! It s not the radio speaker is just the pillow!
