PROTECT YOUR GARDEN HABITAT: There are 9 million cats in the UK. The mammal society says cats kill around 275 million prey items a year, including 55 million birds. Voles and other small mammals make up much of the remainder. The Sonic Cat Repeller will help protect your garden habitat and encourage wildlife and birds back into it.

#Scared those cats away (2009-06-27) Bought this product as my next door neighbours have four cats who keep climbing across our flat roof. Within days of putting it up, they had stopped using our roof as a cut through. Would deifnately recommend!!
#Cat Repeller (2009-06-22) This repeller works quite well - the cats who used our garden as a potty give it a wide berth. However, it does eat batteries, especially if you forget to switch it off while working in the garden. The 9V power supply would be a useful addition to your purchase.
#the big cheese- cat repeller (2009-06-20) for years we suffered cats using our small back yard as a toilet any plants we planted got the usual cat spraying it killing it within weeks and of course stinking the place out my wife and i tried everything from spraying the cats with water, lion dung, wire mesh, plants that cats dont like all the old wifes tails but nothing stopped them until we heard of the big cheese i got one to try and within two weeks i have actually taken down all the wire mesh ive also ordered two more for my neighbourstake it from me they have stopped all five cats from...
#Worked for about a week (2009-06-18) Spent nearly 4k on doing my garden up only for the local cheeky cats to start using my garden as a fouling ground, so i tried the big cheese cat repeller. Worked for the first week as on two occasions i watched a cat try to walk across the garden only to look shocked after triggering the sonar. Two weeks have now passed and no more cat mess until today when one unhappy cat decided to walk straight up to the the repeller and urinate on it. Hopefully this was only the cat showing its disgust and not the fact that the cats are now used to the sound...
#Big cheese (2009-06-18) Before I bought a cat repeller I had endless cats messing in my garden, since I installed cat repeller the cats now keep away. I recamend anybody who has cat problems to get one.

#Solved ladybird problem!! (2009-05-21) I ordered this product when loads of ladybirds starting coming into my house. Once the house was fitted - the problem stopped. Very pleased with this result! Great little home for them!!
#Help the Bee s (2009-04-20) Since bees are on the decline this is the second bee habitat I have in my garden. I have a little nesting box and purchased one of these from Amazon as a present for a relative. I liked it so much that I ordered one for myself. Its a solid little construction and comes with instructions on placing it on a south facing wall/fence and about a metre off the ground. Really pleased with it, just hope the bees like it too!!!

#Cat Scarer (2009-04-29) I like cats but not what they were doing in my flowerbeds! Tried lots of ploys and won a few battles but not the war. This cat repeller is doing the trick and after about a month we seem to be winning. It doesn t make a nasty noise that we can hear, only a little click when it is activated. Absolutely Great.
#second thoughts (2009-04-06) The Big Cheese - Mega Sonic Cat & Dog RepellerI was sick of a dog useing my lawn as a toilet. The same size each time. I tried the big cheese dog repeller. At first I thought it worked as I saw nothing for 4 weeks and wrote a good review. I have since changed my mind as the dog has returned. and right in front of the repeller about 3 feet away. A friend came with her dog and it walked past it and did not notice it. I pressed the test button the dog just tilted it head and then layed down 2 feet away from it,so I am not too impressed with it. May...

STV STV075 - Rat Cage TrapCage Traps40 x 16 x 16cmReady-to-use cage trap that is easy to bait and setInformative pack-design with comprehensive instructionsLong-lasting galvanized mesh design Solid top and carrier handle for easy handling

#It works (2009-04-17) I bought this from my local DIY (cost double of what it is here :-( )and I have to saya) it is a doddle to set upb) it did the job (door shuts easily)Notes: this was indoors and a fairly small ratif using indoors put something under the cage as it would seem trapped rats get very scared. . . . We used chocolate for bait
#Rat Trap (2009-04-06) This product was of poor quality. Unless you are dealing with a huge rat, the door will never close. The door was fitted awkwardly so did not slide well when activated. We did not catch our victim with it, we ended up using a hand made trap.
#Useless! (2009-02-20) We bought this to try and catch the adult male rat we thought was living under our shed. At first the cheese kept disappearing and the trap stayed open. We tried different positions for the cheese on the plate and different cheeses. In the end we presed Brie onto the plate so it stuck there. Next morning, half the brie scratched off, cage closed but no rat. Adjusted the catch but all to no avail. Other nights the wind set it off. In the end, after two weeks of feeding ratty with a wonderful selection of cheeses we cleared the shed and moved it so...
#Obese Rat Not Included! (2008-11-22) Was hoping to catch some baby rats that were too big for the small traps, but the trigger plate on this is way too stiff - they would need to bench press while on it to set it off. The door does shut quite easily, hinged on a small rod as it is, just a pity they didn t make the trigger plate a little lighter. Might try and loosen it or put some oil in it, see if that helps.
#A little difficult to set up (2007-07-11) It s quite bulky and took a few attempts to set it up as if not done correctly the slightest move sets it off, but overall it is a good live trap. I think it would be better if it could set up not to close so the wild rat can get used to it over a period of days, then when they re not expecting it you can set it up to catch them. It s designed so you cannot get bitten and works well, and needs to be checked daily but I found I could attach a water bottle on the side of it. Great for catching escaped pets as I found out, especally when it s ...

MAINS ADAPTOR9v DC Adapter for STV610 Cat Repeller including 5m Extension lead

#Useful (2009-07-03) The PIR on the STV610 is very sensitive (which is good) but things like nearby plants moving in the wind will also activate it, so you might want to take that into account if you re planning on using batteries. However it makes much more sense than batteries if you have a high traffic area to cover, & being able to buy BOTH the STV610 & the mains adaptor- for less than some places are selling JUST the STV610, is a real bonus. There is also a 5mtr cable supplied with the adaptor which is handy but it does run out rather quickly. 10mtrs would have been even better...
#not really effective (2009-05-21) I bought two of these, one worked but the other was so useless that the cat dumped right in front of it. Now I run both of them a metre apart and up to now they seem to be working. Not as effective as a shotgun but much quieter!!
#Seems to work fine (2009-04-10) Had a big problem with cats in the garden as every house in the street seems to collect them and have at least two. The types of people who live round here evidently aren t gardeners either! After moaning to neighbours on more than one occasion about the mess being left in our garden on a nightly basis, decided to invest in an ultra-sonic cat scarer which worked fine. But the problem was that the two 9-volt batteries each unit requires only lasted for a month or so and it was getting very expensive to keep replacing them. So I decided to get this main...
#MAINS ADAPTOR FOR CAT REPELLER for STV610 (2009-03-19) This product is fantastic. It gets electricity from the mains to a cat scarer. Without electricity your cat scarer will not work. If you want to scare cats buy this!!!!!
