#Good value for the price (2009-01-16) Bought this as my old wood & bristle pastry brushes were wearing out. Initial impression is good - this brush does the job well and being silicone the brush itself requires less oil than with bristle brushes - a good point in my view. Only 4 stars as its wooden handle would not I think respond well to the dishwasher, which unfortunately means washing by hand after use.

#Decent (2009-05-28) Feels wrong rubbing the black sillicone over your meat at first but it s made like that so it s easy to clean. Worked OK, although you ll end up just shaking out drops rather than brushing.
