#steam mop (2009-05-13) I was sceptical about the mop before use but I was very pleasantly surprised when using it. It doesn t leave a wet floor as do the standard floor mops and with it being steam, I feel it s a more hygenic clean. Overall, I am very pleased with the product.

#Failed The Second Time We Used It (2009-04-17) The title says it all. We Only had it 2 weeks!! Otherwise, we would have given it 5 stars. It made lots of whirring noises but no steam. This problem with reliability seems to be indicative of other similar products by this manufacturer. This steam mop is a great piece of kit but design flaws are evident in the products reliability. They obviously have not taken this on board when you check out similar reviews on their product range. Having said that, we have ordered another one. Maybe 2nd time lucky???

#Klear floor shine product (2007-08-17) I have been using this product on Edwardian tesselated floor tiles for ten years and it makes them look magnificent in a way that no other wax or polish can. I can t find it any more in Tesco or Morrisons so please keep selling it!
