(2009-06-28) This Bosch hedgetrimmer was a replacement for my extendable Black& Decker trimmer which was well used for at least 6 years. it s has half a season s work and I m very happy with its performance. Althought the reach isn t quite as long as my previous extendable trimmer, it feels well balanced in my hands and not awkward in any way to use when a little stretching is necessary. Bosch products very rarely let me down and as ever I am very happy to recommend this product.

#Good value for money, but a bit heavy (2009-06-08) You won t get better value for money. The only slight downside is it is a lot heavier than a normal trimmer with the thing that catches the cuttings. I expect in future I ll just use it a normal hedge trimmer without the attachment. With the Bosch name tag / quality and such a low price, it is hard to see how you can go wrong with this.

#Great tool (2009-05-29) Cut through our mixed hedge which old electric cutters struggled. Charge works for almost 1 hour I think it took almost 3 hours to charge. Really light and easy to use plus efficient at cutting. As soon as we had the thing charged I cut 1 hedge just to test it and whilst sweeping up my wife had cut the other hedge job done really easily

#Bosch Quality (2009-05-17) I followed the advice on reviews here. It is worth paying the extra for a Bosch Hedge Trimmer, i have had other cheaper makes, but the cut was rougher and harder work. This machine is light, easy to use and very efficient with minimum of effort. I have a heavy duty hedge to tend and after the first cut a No. of local people have commented how good the cut has been. Not had that feedback before either.

#Very sharp blades (2009-02-18) I have owned several hedgetrimmers, both electric and petrol. This is without doubt the best I have had by far. The main factor is the blades. They will cut through everything CLEANLY. this makes a big difference particularly on Leylandii, which my previous trimmers have done by nibbling away at the foliage until it falls off, which means a frayed and untidy cut. The Bosch cuts through it all on the first pass and leaves a very tidy finish. Motor has plenty of power and not too heavy either. If this one breaks I will buy another straight away.

#Powerful and effective (2008-10-03) I ve been having this Hedgecutter for 3 years. No problems whatsoever and very powerful in what it does. Don t forget to grease the teeth of the blade after each time you use it. It will prolong the life of it.
