#A Useless Product (2009-06-03) While working on a fully charged battery, the strimmer is reasonably powerful - although poorly designed. One infuriating thing is that the guard falls off frequently. However, the main problem is that the battery runs down after 15 - 20 minutes use! As it takes some 8 hours to recharge, this makes the machine virtually useless if you have anything more than a postage stamp to strim. I cannot recommend this product.

#A good strimmer, if only the battery life was longer (2009-05-20) I ve had one of these for around 3 years. Initially I was very pleased with it. Although as other reviewers have mentioned, it goes through the strimming line very fast indeed. But now the battery life lasts no longer than a minute, if I m lucky. Thus rendering this strimmer useless. Its a shame, because it looks like I m going to have to throw it away and get a petrol strimmer. Not good that this products life span is only three years.

#Good but..... (2008-06-12) Lightweight-ish, well balanced, powerful, handy to use, but one problem. . . battery only lasts for limited time and then takes a good while to recharge. For more than just a bit of lawn/edge-trimming or other small areas, it would really need 1 or even 2 spare batteries. Unless there is something wrong with the almost new one I have.
