#Silverline Hatchet (2009-06-13) The hatchet works perfectly and we are very pleased with it! We do prefer the wooden handle to other types on the market which have metal handles.

#perfect (2009-03-31) For the money you couldn t get a better deal. Don t expect to be able to split logs or chop down a tree but it does split sawn timber easily and makes the perfect kindling. This is the first axe i ve bought so was surprised at how blunt it is but still performs very well.

#Does the job. (2009-06-23) This hatchet does exactly what it is supposed to do. Ideal for making kindling for a bbq. Also a great price and speedy delivery. One slight gripe though is that it is does not come very sharp, but that is no reason not to buy this piece of kit as it can easily be sharpened.

#It s an axe. What more do you want. (2008-10-23) Arrived barely disguised with brown paper and bubble wrap around the business end but none the worse for that. It has a nice weight and a good length making for an easy swing and made light work of felling a hefty leylandii and small sycamore. A great product at a great price.
