#Nigella Lawson Milk /Cream Jug (2007-09-20) I ordered this little milk/cream jug , as I wanted it to go with a duck egg blue, glass dome cake cover from Nigella s Living Kitchen Range. It is just perfect for the job. The delightful design has no handle,but feels so good and cosy to pick it up with its smooth comforting ceramic surface. I am going to buy the matching sugar bowl and teapot now, as I really like it. The price was surprisingly inexpensive!

#really a large salt pig (check measurements before ordering) (2009-03-16) as previous reviews this is a large salt pig if compared to other salt pigs on the market, so before you buy check the measurements. This size works great for me in the kitchen, but i wouldn t put it out on the dining table. had it now for a few weeks and the salt is still fresh.

#Great (2009-06-22) Bought this to match my new kitchen look and really like it. It s a bit big though and could have done being slightly smaller. You have to get the spoon separately though unless you already have one - which I had. Still looks brill in my kitchen and love using it. Also is very easy just to deep in your hand to get the salt if you have no spoon - sometimes it s just that wee bit easier!!!!

#One broken Pig (2008-01-28) Just to say that we loved our pig! Looked really cool, sitting there, with the salt glistening away. Then one day we spotted a hairline crack under the glaze. A week later, we found that it had split into twain in the night. Surely a one-off event, but I wanted to raise this, just in case it was not an unique event. Still,a thing of beauty, it wil lbe replaced soon for an unblemished pig.

#BIG PIG! (2008-01-05) I bought this for my sister for Xmas (along with some Nigella individual pie dishes), but it was just too big, so I ve decided to keep it for myself and use it to store my stock cubes in and it s perfect! Just the job and saves me the hassle of reaching high up in my kitchen cupboard for them. I m still going to get my sis the smaller salt pig and probably get one for myself too as they are nicely made and look smart on the kitchen worktop. #Original idea (2007-10-06) Yes, a slight exaggeration from the previous reviewer. They must have a very small head to fit in the salt pig! I love it as I think it is really stylish and neat to have near the stove. It only holds 1000g of maldon salt which is about 2 small boxes and it makes it always available. Great, original item to have in the kitchen.

#Far too big! (2006-11-01) I ordered this because I thought it would look rather natty next to my hob and I could throw some maldon in when I needed it. Imagine my HORROR when what arrived was big enough to put my head inside (well almost)! The amount of salt to put in here before it stops looking all sad and empty is outrageous particularly in these health aware times. I would also be frightened that small animals or toddlers got lost in the echoing salty chasm and dehydrate. Needless to say I am sending it back if I can find a big enough box to put it in.
