#A cut above the rest! (2008-11-12) Great scissors indeed comfortable to handle, Close cut blades that cut through several sheets of paper at once, accurate cutting point. And also adjustable with the screw in the centre so you can have them tight or lose. Best scissors I have ever used & trust me I have used a lot!

#a winner (2007-12-29) I have tried most methods of embossing, but this is the easiest and best. I got mine for Christmas and it is so easy to do and presents such a lovely effect without messy soaps or candles.

#Just superb (2007-06-08) This system is the best there is for embossing and debossing on cards and envelopes. Far better than lightboxes that just make you feel uncomfortably hot after a few minutes. You can get beautiful templates to use with it and it is so easy to line the patterns up on your card with the grid on the top section of the template. Cannot be beaten in my opinion. I think it is better for scrapbookers rather than card makers and, since seeing the mini version, feel that would be better for anyone who doesn t do scrapbooking. #This is fun! (2006-03-25) I use this all the time. Not only will you get perfect results, it is FUN to use! Take an ordinary envelope, emboss some shapes along the edges of the flap and you have a really classy looking envelope. The template you get with it features some versatile patterns, but you can also buy add-ons. It s easy and gratifying and people who receives your embossed items will be impressed. There is a larger version called the Scrapboss, which can do 12x12 pages for scrapbookers which is equally excellent. If you have started out with papercraft get one of these!

#Extra Pegs. (2005-05-27) Absolutely love the shape and scrapboss systems. At least I can add some more dimension to my cards that my sister can t !!! But as I have a lot of craft items all around the house and also need to have some things that can be taken with me when I go to places like London, or to a craft event or workshop, it can become very easy to lose things. Fiskars do the replacement blades for the cutters, so why not do the pegs in packs of 5 or 10, so that you wouldn t have to move the pegs from one system to the other should you lose any?

#Fiskars Shapeboss and embossing system (2005-05-24) FISKARS HIGH QUALITY EMBOSSING SYSTEM IS A MUST FOR ALL THE CRAFTERS OUT THERE. I HAVE USED MINE QUITE A LOT. WISH IT CAME WITH MORE THAN ONE TEMPLATE, BUT THEY CAN BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY. AN ITEM WELL WORTH HAVING AS IT MEANS YOU CAN EMBOSS WITHOUT USING A LIGHT BOX AND INCURRING THE COST OF ELECTRICITY. ALSO MEANS NOT BEING RESTRICTED TO SITTING NEXT TO AN ELECTRICAL POINT. LOTS OF DIFFERENT STENCILS TO CHOOSE FROM. WONDERFUL ITEM.

#Not as good as they used to be but still do the trick (2009-06-26) After blunting a pair of these after 10 years use I decided it was about time I replaced them as they have been invaluable for cutting meat, fish etc. as the ad. says. I was slightly disapointed that they look and feel a bit cheaper than they used to be and I would be surpised If they gave the same service but they still do what they are designed for and are equally as important in a kitchen as a ood set of knives. Still recommeded.

#Not the scissors illustrated (2009-01-09) I ordered these scissors on the basis of the illustration (which shows the scissors with the bottle oener as part of the handles - I think Kitchen Devil call the model Control). I was familar with them, as my daughter has a pair. The ones I received were NOT the illustrated ones, but look identical to the ones described as For General Use. I contacted Amazon and with some difficulty, explained to their operator that the illustration is the ones I want, but what they send is different. Within 2 days I had received a replacement pair and ...
