#More than pleased (2009-02-27) At last a mixing bowl that is light enough, strong enough and smart enough to do the job its supposed to do. Easy to wash up and big enough to mix pancake batter, cream, meringues etc. , without the stuff climbing up the sides and splattering all over. Good purchase, get one!!

#Its a bowl (2009-02-25) Price was more than reasonable, bowl is fine, noticed, like others that base is little flimsy, but that is not necessarily a complaint, as is also light and appears more than adequate for using with mixer/blender etc.

#Can t understand it, this only takes 2 litres ?????? (2009-01-30) JOKE, this bowl is advertised as 2 litres, therefore it will only take 2 litres, don t be disappointed and want a refund if you are trying to put 3 litres into it and 1 litre overflows, its not designed to accept anymore than 2 !As far as bowls go, its nice, but it is slightly flimsly as an earlier reviewer said.

#Disappointingly flimsy (2008-11-22) Feels light & flimsy. Bottom of bowl flexes. You can find much better stainless steel bowls than this. 2 stars instead of 1 only because it s inexpensive and good enough for a lot of uses, but not at all satisfying for a demanding home cook.

#Beware the sieve! (2009-06-15) This certainly is a lovely looking set of mixing bowls that Joseph Joseph have made, and practical too. At £17. 50 it s a steal too, so why only 2 stars? The sieve doesn t like being used like a sieve. After one use with pasta the main part of the sieve has deformed and no longer allows the other items you sit on top of it to fit. It was washed in warm at the best soapy water in the sink, not in the dishwasher. It s a bit pointless having a space saving nest of mixing bowls if they don t fit properly and in that case the product fails it s brief. ...
