#Excellent (2008-04-20) As with most of the other comments here the roaster is excellent. Good size, seemly really good non-stick surface (time will tell), really thick walls all round so feels really solid, good sized handles make getting it to and from the oven really easy. The rack is well a rack, not much more to say really but a really big bird probably wouldn t sit well on it. As for the width, yep it s 39cm inc the handles. It wouldn t fit in my oven but i knew this before ordering. When it arrived i simply placed one of the handle ends on a rug (to stop it from slipping)...

#A Lovely way to roast! (2008-04-05) This is a very good, sturdy, solid roaster which makes cooking the sunday lunch a pleasure. The non-stick coating makes washing up an absolute breeze. The handles are great for lifting a heavy roast out of the oven, and it seems to be bomb-proof!It comes up like new every time, and the rack is equally as easy to clean. The one thing I will point out is that the height of the piece as a whole means that you need your oven shelves a ways apart. But you d get that with any similarly-designed roaster. #Excellent Roasting Dish (2008-03-12) I have had one of these dishes for around 3 - 4 years. It is still as non stick as ever and very easy to clean. The only problem is I didn t buy mine from Amazon and paid about double!

#Bigger than stated (2008-03-03) Like the other reviewer says above this pan is a lot bigger than stated. It was too big for my oven till I bent the handles inwards slightly. Other than that it s perfect, the non stick hasn t scratched in three years, it s made from heavy gauge aluminium so it doesn t buckle on top of the hob. I have since bought a second.

#the best roaster you could buy (2008-04-18) i think this is the best roaster i have ever had . the 1 i had lasted for 8 years and was only thrown away becase i had used metal spoons and knives on it and ruined the non stick coating up to then you could make anything in it and it would not stick and it was very easy to clean. #Careful, It Might Not Fit In Your Oven. (2009-02-04) This roasting tray is of good quality but it does not fit in my oven. My fault for not measuring before I purchased but it could have a warning on the product description regarding its size. I have kept it and use it for a serving tray.

#Good but not great (2009-03-07) Its a great pot for the reasons that everyone else has given, but the fact that it doesnt have any handles, especially on the lid, is a real pain. If it had handles it would have 5 stars. I knew all this before I bought so I hold my hands up.

It means you can stick joints of meat in the oven and more or less forget about them until they re done, because the roaster bastes the meat itself. It also means you need little or no added fat, and it keeps in the smell, and flavour.
