#Garmin Nuvi Widescreen Leather Case (2009-06-17) There have been varied reviews on this product but the case I received is a perfect fit for the SatNav unit. It is snug enough so that the unit doesn t continually fall out but not so tight that the on/off switch is accidentally activated. The quality of the leather, stitching and overall construction of the case is very good too. I m very happy with the case I received and would highly recommend it.
#PERFECT FIT! (2009-05-15) Need a leather cover for your Nuvi Widescreen sat nav. Look no further, it does what it says on the tin!!!!
#Not Suitable for Nuvi widescreen (2009-05-08) This came with my Nuvi 265 widscreen, although long enough it is not deep enough, As a consequence it s far to tight for my Nuvi. It s a tight squeeze, and pushing it in and pulling it out has resulted in the nuvi being switched on accidentally. It s also not listed as an accessory for the 265 on the Garmin site so I suspect it s not intended for this model. As the external dimensions of the Nuvi 265are the same as the other Nuvi 200 series widescreens it won t be suitable for any.
#Losse fitting (2009-04-09) It is a nice case but loose fitting. If your not careful your garmin could slide out very easy. It does the job, but i would buy it again
#Super little case (2009-04-09) Perfect for storing your SatNav to keep it free from scratches & knocks. Fits the Garmin widescreen snugly. Would definately recommend.

#Great [roduct, great service (2009-06-14) Purchased from Mymemory. Had initial problem with delivery (not their fault) and they sorted it out brilliantly. Great little device and superb customer service.
#Power Monkey -compatabilty (2009-06-12) I was a little disappointed with this item as its quite clearly states it is a Universal Charger for all mobiles etc - I accepted that it would be necessary to buy extra adaptors depending which devices you wanted to charge - but the Power Monkey site gives mis-leading information - I wanted to use it for a Sharp mobile and a TomTom sat nav - neither of the adaptors suggested in their compatabilty chart fitted - I did get it to work with the TomTom by using the included USB adaptor but had to use it in conjunction with the TomTom s own cabl...
#useful for a long weekend (2009-06-10) this will charge your ipod classic or i-phone perhaps a couple of times before you will need to recharge it from the mains, so it s very useful to keep as a one-off emergency backup for ipod and mobiles where you haven t got access to mains electricity or a car charger. It ll usually keep me going for about 4 days maximum (non-continuous use assuming you need to recharge a phone/mp3 player every 2-3 days) without access to mains electricity. It s certainly not the one answer for all your power needs over a prolonged time. But if you bear this ...
#Power in the palm of your hand (2009-05-28) I have to admit being sceptical, however, this has to be one of the most useful products EVER. I ve had one since March, and it really makes a difference. Days out, camping in the middle of fields, on the train. Wherever you go, there is now no need to worry about running out of juice. One charge of my phone keeps it going for the day. Plus, there are additional tips available that can be used for game consoles etc. Get one in time for your holidays, and you won t regret it. (I should be paid for this recommendation!!)
#What a good idea (2009-05-23) When my wife and I travel, we have 3 mobile phones and a blackberry!!, what a space saving item this is.

#Garmin e Trex (2009-07-02) Really good value for money no nonsense GPS for those who don t need a mapping display.
#Great little bit of kit! (2009-07-01) My family and I have recently taken up geocaching the game where you are the search engine, and to get really serious about it we needed a handheld hikers gps. My friend had one of these and it is a reliable little gadget at a good price so we purchased one too. To begin with I found it a little complicated to work out, but once I d got the hang of which button did what, it is straightforward to set up and use. We did not buy the pc connector and it works fine without it, but if you don t want to have the time consuming business of putting in ...
#Fast responder (2009-06-12) Most GPS units and mapping programmes aren t compatible with Macs so I just wanted a simple, basic unit. This finds the satellites really quickly and works well in built up areas. It gives me the grid reference, distance travelled, speed etc and that s all I ask of it. Good value and perfect for route finding in conjunction with a map.
#Good entry level kit. (2009-06-07) This is a very reliable entry level GPS that is very easy to use in the field. If you are thinking of buying a GPS this is an excellent model to start with before you decide to spend silly amounts of money on the top end gear. But remember, a GPS is only a back-up tool. You need to be competent with map and compass before you venture out into the wilds with one of these gadgets or it could all go horribly wrong. I strongly recommend that you buy a GPS guide, and read it, before trying any serious walking with any GPS unit. That said, I ve person...
#Good for the money £70.00 (2009-06-02) This is the only hand held GPS I have used, so please be aware that my experience is limited. I purchased this unit for the sole intention of geocaching, I wanted a cheap hard wearing unit to compliment my existing map and compass, I was not looking for a map based unit or anything overly flash. My initial impression was good, a nice sturdy unit. Gripe number 1 - batteries not included. . . even a couple of cheap batteries would have been appreciated before you realise rechargeables are essential. It is now important to read the instructions...

#Forerunner 205 (2009-06-30) As only a beginner I can t stress how good this watch is. All the motivation you need when running, for instance on the way back from a run and you have clocked up 3. 5 miles it spurs you on to run 4 miles rather than finishing your run. A must for any runner no matter how poor/talented you are. The only down side I could find was that it can take a while to find a signal, sometimes 10 seconds othertimes 4 minutes
#Thr brilliant Garmin Forerunner 205 (2009-05-25) I brought the Forerunner 205 to train for my local half marathon. Downloading my training sessions, I could visually see where I slow, where I was fast and which average speed I could maintain. It allowed me to know how far if I was running on a new route and plan when to head back home. On the day of the half marathon, it stopped me setting off too fast and helped me notice when my speed was dropping off. The signal reception is superb with no loss of signal under tress and the display is clear and large enough to read when running....
#Excellent device (2009-05-25) I ve had this device for a year. I cannot fault it. Knocks the spots off the pedometers & ipod gizmos I ve used previously. I don t personally use all of the functions it offers, but have found the device to be configurable to suit personal taste. The only problem I have with device is that the USB drivers can be a bit flaky. Having said that I ve never lost data & have always been able to reinstall them. The device s output shows up nicely in Garmin training centre & there are many other applications you can use. Visual display of data in google ea...
#garmin forerunner 205 (2009-05-07) I recently purchased this item for my London Marathon and found it much more comfortable to wear than the 105 which was bulky and ugly in comparison and you also save money on batteries. It rarely loses its signal and fits like a glove.
#More effective training (2009-04-17) Great device. . . fits well, quick instructions make it so easy to use, does make you a bit obsessive about constantly looking at your pace( and often being a bit disappointed you re not as quick as you thought!) but certainly helps you formulate an improved run, i can run further because it s helped sort my pacing out. . . much improvement. i am sure all runners would benefit from it s use. Makes you a bit competitive!!

#Excellent! (2009-06-08) Does everything that it is supposed to. Read the reviews before buying this product and have not been disappointed. The hardest thing was to attach the lanyard! Apart from that, it was all set and ready to go within minutes. Transferring routes to/from Memory Map is easy, the only thing you need to do is to make sure that waypoints are deleted as well as routes (memory limited). Highly recommended.
#Graduation present (2009-05-12) I bought the Garmin eTrexventure HC Handheld GPS Navigator as a present for our son on his successful graduation from the RAF College Cranwell He is very happy with its performance but said that its operation presented one or two problems I. E it was not as simple as using a map and compass to ascertain one s position I am sure that for the technically adept this does not present a major problem but It would seem that a dummy run would be advisable before embarking on a major expedition.
#Excellent piece of kit (2009-05-04) My reason for wanting to buy a GPS was to record second war defence features, so was only looking for a unit that would record waymarks and tracks. Was initially considering the basic eTrex but by the time you added in the serial and usb cables the cost was basiclly the same as this unit. I m glad I got this unit as the Mapsource programme included, even though I have not purchased the additional maps, is excellant - allows me to produce plans with a 20 mtr scale. I then import these to Quo, a free gps mapping programme (you just purchase the 1:50...
#Terrific companion for walkers (2009-04-29) This piece of electronics wizardry has got me out of a few fixes whilst walking. Would feel lost without it! The Topo maps are admittedly not up to Ordnance Survey standard but adequate enough.
#Garmin Venture HC (2009-04-06) Works well for geocaching that is one of the main reasons I bought it. Down side, it doesn t come with the maps as shown on the web page, it comes with a very very course map. As I was advised to buy one with a map, I fill I was mislead by the illustration.
