#Great product- Terrible software (2009-02-13) This is a great little printer- perfect for small business use. I use it with Mac OS X (Leopard) and it works brilliantly, crisp copies and the option to do logo inserts on the label (In black & white)My main gripe is the Dymo design and label software that comes with it- IT S AWFUL!!!!- clunky, ugly, completly non-intuitive- in other words. . . typical windoze port. You will spend some unhappy hours yelling at the screen when it doesn t fully import your address book and then find you can t write directly into the text boxes. However i...
#Brilliant labeller (2007-12-13) I have had absolutely no problems with this labeller on Mac OS Panther or Tiger. The label software is pretty horrible, though. Looks like a Windows port. Ugly, slow and poor functionality. Still, it does the job. At least well enough for me not to bother to try to get Mail to print to it. As for not working with Vista? Well. . . . . . . . . . . ,-))
#Dymo Labelwriter 400 (2007-08-01) I too had a Dymo LW320. Dymo asked me to return it, even providing a post free label. In return I received a brand new LW400 - totally free of charge. Well done Dymo! The downside is that it will only accept Dymo labels - unless anyone else knows better.
#Vista compatibility (2007-07-16) I had a Labelwriter 320 that was too old to use the new Vista drivers, and was a bit cheesed off about it. The support line followed their standard procedure and arranged for me to return it for repair. I got a new LW400 for a total repair and shipping cost of less than £50 inclusive. Well done Dymo for supporting customers with older hardware, I feel confident buying their products when they support old, out of warranty kit in this way.
#Vista compatibility (2007-07-01) I agree that this Dymo is ok but it s a shame that it is NOT Vista compatible ! They should mention this more prominent !It is right out theft NOT to do that and not to pay back the money spent on it. It is a useless toy. I am gobsmacked that they have not made this compatible anyway. What a management ! Sack the Product Developmnet guys.

#An excellent scale rule (2009-05-08) This is a fantastic scale ruler, the aluminium makes it solid and durable, it won t scratch easily if at all and has good fine edges for technical drawing or creating plans. I bought this becuase it has all of the scales that I require for my college course and for my job. The only downside is that it doesn t come with a plastic case.

#Do not buy if you have Vista and more than 2Gb of ram (2009-06-26) This product will not install drivers if you have Vista and more than 2Gb of ram installed. Netgear s own website says that this problem has been resolved but it hasn t. The fact that they are selling a product that they know has issues is a concern. Simply do a search for the product name and code 10 on the internet and just look at the masses of people who have had the same issue.
#Possible Incompatibility (2009-06-13) The Netgear Wireless card has proved to be ineffective as though wireless contact is minimal it s strength does not allow interline contact. Does the Netgear Wireless card to a BT Home Hub prove incompatible?
#Avoid this... (2009-05-28) I have installed and used a number of wireless cards and this was by the far the worst. Specifically bought this to go with a netgear router but ended up having constant trouble and very poor peformance. After plenty of tinkering, installing of different driver revisions, replacing antennas and searching forums I eventually gave up and replaced it with a cheap edimax card and have had no problems ever since.
#Avoid (2009-03-23) Avoid this product. The drivers are a joke, Netgear s website is a joke. Google the product name and check the forums. NB If you are offended by bad language get someone else to google and give you the gist of it. I now have a Belkin Dongle and it s a beauty!
#Fine when it works ... until your computer freezes up (2008-10-13) I ve had this card for around 3 weeks and my computer has been freezing up every couple of hours. My PC is a very high spec (Dell XPS420) with Windows Vista Ultimate, so no problems there. I got one blue screen which told me that the problem was undiagnosed, but related to wireless networking. No prizes for guessing the culprit there then!Netgear seem to be feigning ignorance about this issue, as so many users online have complained about the same issue but Netgear won t acknowledge the problem on their website, ...

#Coming back for more (2009-05-26) Somewhat put off by the other reviewer, I only bought one of these at Christmas. My wife has kept it in her handbag since, using it as her main writing implement. She is pleased, I also like it and her mother wants one as well. After nearly six months day-to-day use, we have found it robust enough and haven t noticed any failings. On the contrary, it is nice to have a proper pencil-width pencil consistently available whenever we need one.
#Great pencils, but not robust (2007-12-29) I m a structural engineer, so use my pencils all day every day to sketch, do calculations and make notes. I loved these pencils to start with, as they ve got a very satisfying weight to them, they have a nice retracting lead feature which saves my pockets and stops the leads getting broken, and they just generally felt nice to use. Sadly, within about 6 months the retractable feature had stopped working on both of my pencils. I m not really sure what happened, but on one there is no longer a firm locking mechanism so the lead retracts when...
