#Good build quality, poor sound quality (2009-06-24) These look and feel great, they are light and the removable microphone is nice, however I found the sound to have a definite crackle and the sound to be quite flat. I m returning mine to Amazon and going to get the Sandberg USB headset instead.

Maybe I was just unlucky, but with Windows XP I could not get my microphone working, and the sound volume remained low. It is easy to fit and setup with the software included but it benefits from updated drivers on the web.
