#Not so good (2010-09-03) The delivery was quite slow, waited longer than expected. Also had to exchange the item as the buttons do not work properly and we are still experiencing problems with the replacement.
#GREAT ITEM AND LOW PRICES, BARGAIN (2010-09-01) origial Sky remote for under £10, can t get any better, grab one before the realise the price
#What a disgrace - only 4/5 buttons actually work - what a con! (2010-08-21) This item is an absolute disgrace - only a few of the buttons actually work. I don t think this product is an actual SKY product which is fine but at least make sure it works 100%
#Not so good (2010-08-20) The remote works but it has a problem and that is that the controls don t seem to keep up with you and sometimes do the opposite of what you expect. Also it tells you that that batteries need changing but they are new and been changed three times and it still sort of works I should send it back.
#sky plus remote (2010-08-19) worked straight from the package. Batteries included. Delivered quickly. No complaints still using it. Would reccomed this item

#Great item bad postage (2010-09-06) Item was great all brand new and worked first time had no messing about. The postage on this item was poor I mean really poor it took 2weeks to turn up I wish I would have spent the extra money and bought it from a shop. It s a shame as I would have five it 5 stars but the postage let it down
#Perfect delivery, product and price!! (2010-09-05) Ordered this as a replacement for an original remote that had an inoperational Select button. (Maybe perhaps inflicted by several small children in my household dropping it on various occasions!) Ordered at 14:30 approx on a weekday afternoon and it had arrived at my house in the morning post the day after and well packaged! Less than 24 hours after ordering! Impressed! Product also had batteries installed but with a tag on them to ensure they did not wear out in transit. Went to the Sky website to find out the exact code to programm...
#The best priced Sky Remote! (2010-09-03) Amazon always comes up trumps. This is 50% cheaper than Argus - says it all really.
#Brilliant Service (2010-08-29) The item arrived the day after it was ordered. I had a problem with the remote and it was rectified straight away. I would highly recommend this seller. Fantastic helpful service.
#As good as the original (2010-08-28) Great price replacement for the original remote which got worn up by my TV addict son! Came with a simple instructions of how to syncronize it with your make of TV. Simple process which takes approximately 1 minute - then away you go. Dont even think about buying one from a highstreet store, you ll pay half as much again for the same product.

This beautifully crafted gizmo looks like the kind of thing you might find in Diagon Alley. The difference is you use it to control your telly, Sky, digibox, stereo or any other infra-red device via various abracadabra-ish gestures. Simply swish, whirl and flick to change channels, adjust volume and much more.Totally button-free, the Wand can learn up to 13 infrared codes from your existing remote(s) and transmit them when you perform one of 13 predefined gestures. You can assign various functions to various moves: flicks to turn on and off, spins to control volume, big swishes to mute and so on.To add to its supernatural nature, the Wand also features a heartbeat in the form of various pulses that confirm gesture recognition and tell you when the batteries are low. It even goes into sleep mode after 60 seconds of inactivity and wakes when you pick it up. Gorgeously packaged in a smart presentation box, the Wand is set to become the remote control of choice for any gadgeteer with...

#frustrating magic (2010-09-04) i have now got my wand to work after 2 hours of practicing, i still wouldn t have been able to use it, if i hadn t watched the kymera how to videos after which i was an expert in moments, so please watch the videos to save frustration and possibly snapping the wand in two. As everyone has previously said, using it certainly brings a grin to your face. the only thing is, you want to point it at everything and operate it, but because of only having 13 movements and electrical item requires several movements to operate the movements are soon used up, so c...
#absolutely brilliant gadget (2010-08-27) I am one of those people who usually isn t that bothered about new tech for the most part but occasionally I see some new gadget that makes me thing I MUST have that and this is one of those gadgets. I am a fan of harry potter but not so much that I ll dress up as dumbledore and hang around outside book shops. I think everyone would love the ability to just flick a wand and get a result and this wonderful bit of kit allows you to do just that. As soon as you get your head around the way it works and memorise the different commands (which does...
#Good Fun (2010-07-21) I bought this for my 13 year old for her birthday as shes a huge harry potter fan and loved the look of it. The packaging it comes in is really swish and looks great, but i do feel its a very expensive gadget that she will soon be fed up of. She does love it though and it doesnt take up any room to store so its a good buy really if not overpriced!
#Best new technology (2010-01-29) This gadget is one of the best things to come onto the market, but it is a little hard to operate the first few times you pick it up, it does take some getting used to and the actions have to be done at a steady pace, flick or move the wand to fast and it does not always work. great though if you have Kids keeps them guessing when you first use it but you do have to let them know its not a toy, all in all a nice piece of new technology but can be improved on I think so looking forward to new improved versions.
#twist and flick, twist and flick... (2009-12-05) Best gadget ever. . . Really good fun, the only drawback is that it needs two different actions on my TV to change channel because of the way the infrared commands work. But nothing beats the enjoyment of turning Strictly Come Dancing off with an imperious flick of the wrist as you leave the room.

Nikon Remote Control for Coolpix 8400 (FFW-002-AA)

#good (2010-08-29) very good item does as its supposed to,better price than other retailers, for a genuine Nikon product
#shoot away ! (2010-08-17) great little remote, i ve only tried it indoors and it works infront, behind and on the side of it! not sure about the price as I bought it for around £8. 99 off amazon only a few weeks ago! you will have to adjust some settings on your camera for it to work though, I have a Nikon D5000. It also comes with a little case that you can strap on your camera strap. N
#Ideal for close up work (2010-08-06) Ideal when camera mounted on tripod for close-up and macro photography. OK if you are in front of the camera for self portraits for example, however for use on true remote situations when trying to take wildlife photographs from behind the camera it is useless as other than in total darkness AND over short range the remote control will not work from behind the camera. Looking forward to being able to get a better remote system with a higher level of Nikon camera.
#great stuff (2010-08-03) This is brilliant addition to my kit. The range outdoors is pretty poor which is a shame but indoors it is spot on
#ml-l3 remote (2010-07-11) I can t review the item as it never arrived. Company did arrange a swift refund though.

#By far the best - believe me I know! (2010-08-17) Ok - so firstly I will explain that I know a LOT about these kinds of remotes as I have owned and spent DAYS setting up Philips Pronto remotes as well as many others. I am actually a programmer myself and I found other remotes difficult. When I bought this (for my mother) I thought that it might not be great but as it turned out it was smart looking, VERY ergonomic (I mean you could sit with it in your hand for hours before you even realised that it was there) and so so easy to set up. The setup:You install the CD and make an account ...
#Beautiful piece of kit (2010-08-16) Works seamlessly with everything I point it at. Have not managed to interface it with the boyfriend though, even trying to dock it with him results in less-than-ideal behaviour. Perhaps this will be rectified in a future software release.
#Outstanding (2010-08-09) This is an exceptional piece of kit. (We live in Madeira and ordered it to control our mix of UK imported and locally purchased equipment. It took 20 days to arrive due to Amazon using cheaper shipping rather than air freight but saved us around 100 pounds over the local price. Amazon prices are around half the locally available on most electrical and equipment and recorded media, we saved 420 pounds on a Kenwood Titanium mixer for example and get Blu Ray Titles for as low as one third of the local prices. )Download the Logitech Harmony One manual from thei...
#Great remote, but the software sucks! (2010-08-04) The remote itself is great, as is Amazon s price and service, and when you have been through the pain of setting it up it s well worth the effort. But I have to knock two stars off because the software is such a pain to use. With a device like this, the software is an essential part of using it, and my experience with the software has been frustrating. Some examples:Yesterday the software reported that my internet connection or firewall was causing it to be unable to connect. After extended troubleshooting, I found it was simply be...
#Fantastic gadget - if you re willing to wade through the setup (2010-07-22) As others have said, the setup is a bit fiddly - particularly so if you have non-standard equipment (trying to get it to control a HTPC running MythTV was a bit of a challenge). Once you ve got the hang of it though, it s pretty easy to add and remove devices, change the activities (groups of devices that are all controlled together - e. g. Watch DVD may do the following: TV on, set to the correct input, amplifier on, set to the correct input, DVD player on) etc. The one thing that nobody else has mentioned (...
