#a disappointment (2009-04-27) Sadly this product has not reached expectations. Some of the pins in the scart plug became dislodged during the initial connection into a socket which has had many other successful connections made, rendering the connector unuseable. It was very cheap to purchase, even so I would have expected it to last a bit longer than this. In the past I ve had other Hama products and have always found them of merchantable quality. This product let the company down and I sincerely hope it proves to be an isolated failure.

#excellent (2008-12-05) I got lots of videos that i needed to covert so i choose to use video to pc device. But you need to purchase this so you can plug this in the scart at the back. Set the adaptor to out. When your computer can see it you can use windows movie maker to capture the movie. 10/10 for the price
