#Doesn t power a laptop or a phone (2008-06-27) Plugged in to cigarette lighter, green light comes on, all looks well. Then plug in mobile charger and. . . Nothing. Also with laptop, it charges for a sec, then stops, then starts, then stops, like the power supply is surging and dropping. Net effect is it will take ages to charge it up and I m not entirely convinced it s not buggering up my laptop. Don t know if it s just not powerful enough or what, but come on 150W should charge a phone shouldn t it?
