It performed admirably. I checked out the Bose unit and believe me, its not worth the extra money. In my opinion this is far better. I have now replaced the unit as I have a 4th gen Nano and the unit I had didn t charge it. So long as this issue is now addressed, buy one. P. s. I ve passed my unit onto a friend with an older ipod and they are just as impressed!! I ve moved on to a Pure Avanti Flow.

#Superb (2009-05-31) I ve read more reviews than I care to remember about Ipod speaker docks. Often, there is confusion as to whether they support the latest range of Ipod Touch (II). I can confirm that this speaker dock charges the Ipod Touch II and what s more, it looks great and the sound is like rich velvet. If you find a better quality of sound around for £100, then good luck to you. The reviews said that the sound from the Onstage fills a room. Somewhat of an understatement! I d recommend this to anyone looking for a compact, stylish and quality speaker dock. #another good product from JBL (2009-05-16) I have purchased JBL audio products previously & been pleased with them.
