#Cheaper than BOSE and just as good (2009-06-28) I bought one of these about 18 months ago and hammered it to death with high volume rock and metal. It performed admirably. I checked out the Bose unit and believe me, its not worth the extra money. In my opinion this is far better. I have now replaced the unit as I have a 4th gen Nano and the unit I had didn t charge it. So long as this issue is now addressed, buy one. P. s. I ve passed my unit onto a friend with an older ipod and they are just as impressed!! I ve moved on to a Pure Avanti Flow.

#Logic 3 MIP170K i-station (2009-07-01) I was considering buying the Bose i-Pod base station, but I decided to try the Logic 3 before commiting to £250 worth of gear. I am delighted that my Scot s thrift sent me in this direction. The logic 3 unit is a great bit of kit and has a portbility option using4 x AA batteries (the Bose model doesn t have this). A truly great buy. I can recommend highly.
