#great service (2009-07-01) Took delivery off my little mini speaker, plugged it in to my ipod touch and of we played for 30 seconds before it went wrong ,So I email amazon and told then what had happened ,and they then sent out a replacement one first class ,A day later Im a happy chappie and have now sent back the faulty one ,First class service by amazon ,and top speaker too ,tks martin

#Amazing! (2009-06-30) Absolutey amazing sound! I have two other portable speakers - both of which were adequate but not what i would call very loud or very clear. The x-mini II is a truly loud speaker (and clear) and no bigger than a satsuma! I played mine outside the office and people thought it was coming from a car stereo system!!

#BAD SPEAKERS! (2009-06-06) These speakers are ok. The sound is good but after a few days of playing music off my new ipod which cost over £100, the ipod has broken. I ve had to send it into repair and that cost aswell. You might think they are good value and they are but its not worth it when you damage an expensive ipod. I have now bought better quality speakers which are great. I recomend to buy a better make of speakers for your ipod so that it doesn t get damaged!!

#Good for holidays! (2009-05-30) I love this product! I think it makes a great gift so got it for other half. It s light and small so easy to carry around. It came in very handy when me and my partner went on holiday and had a bit of a heavy night the night before, we didn t really have the energy to go out again so just sat in and watched a movie on my iPhone. Quite powerful speakers too!

#Good for what you pay (2008-10-15) These are a good price and I think you get value for money. The speakers emit a decent level of sound. Quality of sound is fine. Easy to put together. Downsides are that they don t really hold the iphone in there all that well, you can t access the menu very easy because the speaker blocks the button. It would also be great if they charged the iphone while it s in there. But as I say, the speakers are a good price, and you get what you pay for!

#Super little speaker (2009-04-27) I bought this speaker primarily because it did not require batteries but simply took its power from the ipod or mp3 connected. I was amazed by the sound quality and the volume that could be achieved for such a small compact speaker. The only downside is that the base and clip for the lead are fragile and mine has already snapped but works just fine. Highly recommended!

#Portable Sony Speakers (2009-03-18) The speaker suits its purpose. The sound quality is ok, a bit tin-ny. It is advised that you do not transport them with your PC. Which means packing them separately. the closing mechanism doesn t work properly so if it is in you handbag you risk it popping open. As most of the mobile music players are i something, finding accessories for your Sony product can be difficult to find.

#Disappointed (2009-02-03) It is too much to expect high quality reproduction from this unit. The fact that it is powered by the mp3 player output is convenient but the sound volume is too low. Better to get a separately powered unit oy just stick to earphones.

#Useful addition to Sony MP3 player (2008-08-23) Anyone expecting an unpowered speaker to produce loud sounds from an mp3 player has very little idea about electronics. The output from a typical player is of the order of tens of milliwatts so the volume produced is bound to be low. These speakers perform well, in quiet areas only, from my Sony network walkman. They are clear and undistorted. They are well made and very portable. However do not buy if you want significant volume levels, there are many alternatives out there.

#What s the point? (2008-06-19) This is a waste of money. Avoid at all costs. Little output, hardly any sound on maximum volume.
