I send it back within a week. The handset itself is also very lightweight - it feels cheap, like holding a toy phone. A reflection, I think, of the overall quality. Don t get it.

I spoke to BT and after carring out some tests gave me a reference number and told me to return this faulty telephone. This I have done but do not think that I will purchase the same model again.
