These are made from very heavy duty metal connectors and high quality cable, and have unsmashable screwthread covers unlike cheaper imitation plugs made from plastic! Anyone who has done a couple of gigs will tell you that plastic plugs last no time at all especially when your fat bass player trods on em with his great clodhoppers!We tested these by dropping a huge hollowed out marrow, filled with pie eating dwarfs (obviously they were wearing protective clothing & crash helmets) onto one of these leads. Excellent condition, arrived promptly (even though shipped from the USA to the UK), it was not damaged in anyway and it worked like a charm! If you need a new/spare guitar lead then this is definately the one to get.

#Does exactly what it says on the tin (box) (2007-12-18) This is a microphone cable, and does exactly what it says on the tin. I bought it as part of turning my computer into a little home studio, and needed it to plug the mic into the sound-card/mixer equipment I bought. The connection at either end is XLR (ie it extends the connection on the microphone). This means whatever you re plugging it into needs an XLR (circular with three pins) socket. However the reason i didnt give this 5 stars is because of the packaging: it was un packaged and dropped int the jiffy bag but this is just a minor point. Great product.
