#Not a great buy... (2009-03-27) As has been stated, the microphone doesn t work, and it is almost impossible to tune the guitar. My 4 year old son was very disappointed with this and due to the faulty microphone we sent it back. The quality is awful over all.

#I love it (2009-03-14) I think this is great value for the price. The guitar has real metal strings that can be tuned and sounds like a proper guitar. Could be used to learn to play properly rather than just use as a toy. My son (5) loves it. Microphone is a bit pants - have to sing right into it with hand cupped over it but can t have everything for this price!

#Very disappointed (2009-02-19) Bought this for my four year old. The packaging was damaged, looked like the goods had been sold on after being previously used and returned. The head phone jack on the amp was damaged and the plectrum was also missing. If it was in perfect condition would ve been a good buy! Looking elsewhere now.

#Very good product for the price (2009-02-01) I bought this product for my Grandson for xmas. He has had lots of fun with it as it is just like a real guitar and makes all the same sounds when the cords are struck, he was extremelly pleased with it. I have found that it has been very durable and taken alot of knocking about and is still in good working order. I would recommend this product to anyone who is looking for a musical instrument for a child to learn on.

#ipa03 Block Rocker (2008-09-16) I m really impressed with this product. It produces high quality sound without distortion, it s portable due to the wheels and expandable handle, it has a rechargable battery lasts for hours and it is really loud! I m going to use mine for fitness classes so the ipod connection is great (and you can charge your ipod whilst it is playing). I ve also bought an additional wire to connect my personal cd player to the unit, and the sound quality is still great. I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this ipa03.

#VERSATILE AND FANTASTIC (2008-06-06) This is a fantastic piece of kit. Great sound, really solid build quality and the rechargable battery seems to go on forever. #cool little gadget (2009-02-01) I bought this for my boyfriend who is gadget/guitar obsessed. I was worried that he would think that it is a bit of a novelty present, but he loves it. The sound quality is actually quite good and it is extremely usable.

#Just what I needed! (2009-01-13) I was dubious over this from other reviews but it fits my Strat perfectly, the volume control is more than adequate for practice if you re careful not to use power-hungry headphones - I use Sennheiser earplugs and phones. The hiss is quite low at normal playing levels and no problem at all. The Gain control also does crank up the sound to punk styles. There s an aux input for MP3/CD players or similar so I can (try to)play along with real bands. The only thing it doesn t do is teach my stubby fingers how to play - Doh. . ! A good little piece...

#too much hiss (2008-07-09) It s cheap and cheerful, but it has a very high level of hiss. This isn t related to the guitar as the hiss is at the same level whether plugged in or not. You have to compromise between high gain, which then gives distortion (as you d expect) to keep the volume/hiss down. You can t get a low gain, clean sound at high volume levels

#Amplug AC30 is pretty good (2008-06-06) The Amplug is excellent for practicing. It s small, light and easily portable with good sound quality and reasonable volume levels. The ease of use makes this a valuable bit of kit and well worth the investment. Unfortunately the construction feels and looks quite cheap and fragile, the gain has to be turned up quite high to allow the volume control to remain low to avoid unwanted hiss. Also the jack struggles to reach comfortably down the Strat style lead burrow and has to rest on the bridge on my Ibanez, which is a bit annoying. All that sa...

#Wow This Amp Is Amazing (2009-04-11) I got this amp for christamas 08. and it is really amazing. it has so many options and effects that you can be amused for days on end just trying out new sounds. its also so easy to use because you can save your own pre-set sounds which means you can fully customize your guitar playing experience. Not only is it fun but its also LOUD!. I often prefer playing music through this than my stereo system. I highly recommend this amp to any new or experienced guitarist. you are bound to enjoy this amp for a good long time.

#Great Grunge! (2008-08-29) Got this for my son for Christmas 2007 and it has worked really well. The built in effects are very good and produce all the heavy metal grunge you will ever need. It s also gets very loud if needed. Doubles up as a good microphone amplifier with excellent echo on it for public address and Karaoke. Hope this is of help to you.
