#Great Starter Package (2009-05-12) I ve played the cello now for more years than i care to remember, and decided a while ago I d like a new challenge, so opted to save for a bass guitar. #A bit of a disapointment with overall package. (2008-12-30) Firstly this is the first time we have shopped with amazon but from other peoples experience we thought it must be ok. Firstly the product was delievered late even though we paid for express delivery. When we eventually received it the box was broken with the stand sticking out(which as it happens was not the one shown in the picture). On unpacking the guitar, one of the strings was broken(dont these things get checked before sending out)had to buy another £8. The tuner is hopeless its supposed to be quick( we are still...

#A great Christmas Present (2008-12-27) I bought my 11 year old son one of these for Christmas. Neither of us can play the bass so we were not looking for anything too sophisticated. The package arrived quickly and everything was in the box and in good working order. Well amost, the volume control on the bass was loose, but all I had to do was take off the chrome knob and tighten a nut at the base of the spindle. It has hardly left his side since he opened it. We are both very pleased with it. The instrument looks great. The amp is basic, but what else do you expect at this...

#A good value bundle (2008-02-19) I brought this as I have just started to learn bass, this is half the price I expected to pay for a guitar and amp (this came with a case, leads, stand, amp, CD s and tuner) I did find a few problems with it though on arrival (just me being unlucky)1 of the strings had snapped and the plug on the amp was bent beyond repair. I have had no trouble getting it replaced and the new one works perfect. The other guitar I purchased, same package but with an electric guitar, was fine.

#Good for now (2009-04-27) One of the reviews on here says that there are some reliability issues, but I have had none of the sort, seems to me to be a quality cable with nice sound. Unlike cheeper cables I have bought, if you unscrew the connection casing, there is a clear plastic sheath over the connections to stop movement and damage. have just ordered two more!

#OK while it lasts (2009-04-15) I bought this cable and for about a month it was OK. The the spring you can see in the picture came off one end of the cable and it just didn t function. It now has very crackly, intermittent sound. Not an impressive product.

#Adam Hall 3m Jack Cable (2009-02-13) A fantastic product that arrived early and in good condition. It does not present the common problems I have come accross in other similar Jacks and looks pretty cool too. It continues to funtion well and I will definatly be buying more!

#You get what you pay for (2009-07-01) Thought these were great value for money, however you get what you pay for. After a few uses, most of the wires inside came away from the jack plug and had to re soldered and repaired. Some of the leads still do not work properly as they keep cutting out during playing, so not such a good buy.
