#Good..for about a week (2009-06-22) Depending on how much you play, these strings vary. . they re a great cheap option if your a beginner and just getting a feel for the guitar or your skint and need some strings. . but long term your better off getting elixir s, a)because they sound better and b)because they last much much longer. The martins lasted me about a week, then went dead but i play a lot! Still, for cheap strings they do a very temporary job very well!

Now the children have left home (and the wife!) I decided it would be a good time to learn the guitar myself so I bought this package. #Great sound ... sore fingers (2009-03-13) This guitar is known to be excellent value for money. I agree. Three things worth noting:1. The pack does NOT include a carry bag, although the manufacturer s description says it does. 2. It is essential to buy a guitar stand. 3. While this is excellent value for a beginner, I would strongly recommend a nylon string to reduce the sore fingertips. I opted for this because I love the brilliance of steel string, but am suffering the consequences (but enjoying it a lot).

Ukuleles are difficult to tune at the best of times - but it s a lot easier with a set of pitch pipes!

#Must have for guitarists (2008-11-27) This product is a must-have for all guitarists. It fits onto the guitar very easily and you can take it off in about 2 seconds. (You can put it on in like 2 seconds as well). Well actually, not even 2. More like 1. It costs only £5 here, while at my local music store they cost twice that! Definitely recommend it to everyone.

#play in those difficult keys with ease (2008-11-10) I am a novice level guitar player and find this capo a God send. i am sure that anyone who needs to play in that Eb or Bb key would feel the benefits of one of these little capos in their kit bag. Well made metal product this fits on all my guitars, including the electric. Quick and simple to fit and remove it looks like this is made to last. rubber pads protect the guitar neck and damp the strings. well worth the money.

#They get the job done (2007-06-12) A nice assortment of different weight picks, the light ones make upstrokes almost too easy and the heavy s make a crisp sound when used for muting. Although i prefer metal picks, these are good enough for players of any skill level.
